Hello~

 

Jamisoncollette- You still live in New York! Thanks for the advice on how to find other New Yorkers...This was just a silly thread I wanted to start!

 

DGG- Where In Nyc did you live? Delaware isn't that that far away ...so you are somewhat close to home!! Are you getting married in the Atlantis? I have been to Bahamas twice.. the first time I loved it, and the second time I was only there for a day and it was pouring..but we had fun anyway!~ I am planning to get married in Mexico!

Oh yes, I keep trying to leave the state yet I keep returning! There used to be more New Yorkers active but many have gotten married and are no longer as active. There are BDW get-togethers that include NYC/NJ/Philly brides sometimes.

Where in Upstate are you. I just moved to Rochester a few months ago, I can't figure out if I'm really upstate or just Western. Everyone tells me something different. :)

Where did you move from? I am in Rochester, also just moved here from a small town on the border which makes me a true Western New Yorker. If you are talking to somone from NYC, you are an upstater. If you are speaking to someone from upstate then you tell them you are from Western New York. Pm me if you have any questions or need coffee!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
