hey girlies! Back on form this week! Woo hoo! Lost 5lb!!OMG!!! I think my body has been catching up from the past few weeks! I did work really hard at the gym last week!
Went up the loft at the weekend, and brought down loads of clothes THAT FIT ME now!! so feeling great!

We just started our new gym membership and I took my first yoga class last night Tonight is cardio for me so hopefully I will start to see more results. Gotta get my lazy butt in gear!
