happy birthday v! your allowed to be bad on your special day - so don't worry about that!

i can't believe how much this forum has grown since i was last on - its great! Some great stories to keep us all motivated.

well i haven't changed - thats been well over a month! gutted! but i haven't been doing as much exercise as my knees have been giving me a bit of bother - 26 and getting knee problems already! there is no hope for me!lol

weigh in is tomorrow, and i'd quite like to have lost a wee pound, but probably not! staying the same isn't too bad tho!

on a positive note, i have found a dress i absolutely love! i'm going to try get an appointment to try it on this week so will update you if i get one and how i get on. i really want to buy a uk size 10 dress, which i think is an american size 8...just now i'm a uk 12, so i want to try the 10 on, to see how much i need to loose to get into it..to see if it is realistic to aim for this.

anyway, i'll update you with my weigh in details tomorrow ladies.

hey girlies

well i didn't lose anything last week sad.gif but, i have a feeling i will have this week! Because I got braces put in and this is THE best diet ever!lmao

I went and tried on the dress, and they only had 12 samples in...however, there is no issue, i was defo a 10!! woo hoo! :) But i wasn't sure about the dress, and people tell me then that the dress wasn't for me if i wasn't sure! Gutted, as it is a really gorgeous dress. I tried on another dress, which was more tight fitting, so showed my curves, and i think that shape of dress might be better for me, as the first was quite a flowy dress (jenny packham) and i think unless your tall and very slim it kinda makes you look frumpy. So i'm back to the drawing board, i'm going to a wedding in july, so going to leave it til after that to start the dress search!

Well, weigh in is tomorrow, and its a bank holiday here - yeah! So i'll defo come on and reveal my fate! :)

lady at least you know where you've went wrong! and remember and start tomorrow as you mean to go on!

now go enjoy yourself for the rest of the day, if your having bad food, as least enjoy it! Don't beat yourself up about it, we are all allowed to be bad once in a while! :)

at last! I checked my ticker and the last time I lost weight was at the start of march!! but the brace diet has kicked in and I lost 3lbs this week! woo hoo!

I'm changing my exercise routine this week, and going to start going to 2 spin classes instead of attack and LBT. I'm also going to spend a wee bit of time in the gym doing weights as I think I need to start toning now. So my weight will no doubt go up again, but hey, i'll enjoy this weight lose until it happens!

how you getting on Vgirl?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
