I watch it too and a few of them drive me nuts!! The rumor around here is that big papa is Quincy Jones, just a rumor but that's what 'they' say.

 

I love love love Sheree's house. Nene is completely annoying and her husband gets no respect. I felt bad for him when she was drunk at that group dinner...it seemed like he wanted to crawl into a hole!

I love this show!!! From seeing the previews for the reunion i think Big Pappa is married as well. cant wait for the new season of the OC. I read some where they are currently filming the second season for NY and they are coming out with a nj one.

I love the show too & I've always watched the OC one too. NEVER liked the NY wives at all.

This season was definitely drama filled. I kept trying to figure out who told Kim about the song NeNe made up. I knew it wasn't Sheree cuz she wasnt in the limo. So I figured it was Lisa, but she denies it.

I can't wait till next week to see the reunion episode.

 

Christine...I thought I was the only one trying to figure out why DeShawn talks like that! It's like she has those reversible braces that are on the inside of her teeth or something. But I do love her!

 

And Kim's hair!!!! What the hell is that

 

Oh, here's an interview with Kim from Essence. She acknowledges that Big Poppa was married & in the midst of a divorce. They have broken up since the show & HER FIRST SINGLE IS COMING OUT SOON!!!

Thanks for those links. Her single is coming out? That's crazy! Well according to her it isn't Quincy, but I bet it's someone in the music industry. You can't get someone like Dallas Austin to work with you if your man knows him from school or something...it has to be an industry favor imo. I guess we'll see!

No problem!! I just can't imagine her singing at all. On the show she sounded horrible yet she says she wasn't portrayed in the most positive light! Um, we all heard her & it wasn't good so how was she portrayed wrong? Hell, even Dallas sounded like he thought she was nuts wanting to pursue a singing career. He called her & told her everything she had to do in order to get to where she needed to be and she didn't seem to take too kindly to his suggestions. So I'm reallllly trying to figure out how she went from sounded terrible to having a single, produced by him!!
But you're right, someone had to owe her a huge favor, but then, do you think Dallas would really attach his name to her songs if she wasn't somewhat good I mean thats his reputation on the line.

Kudos to who came up with this Idea. The women are so different in each region and hysterical in their own right...I like Atlanta and Orange County, but I could not get into New York.

I LOVE this show! My mom and I are addicted. I really like Atlanta the best-the girls are so catty, haha. I can't stand Sheree or Kim. I did read that Kim's big pappa was a real estate investor named Lee Najjar. I wonder who is paying for all her botox and fake hair now that they have broken up? I can't wait for the Orange County season to begin-I love that one too. New York was so boring and bland!

And I agree that Dallas would be a fool to attach his name to her if she really sucked that bad. But yeah, if she could really sing she wouldn't sound that bad on her worst day. Bizarre!

I didn't likethis one as much as the OC one, but I did watch it! Can't wait to see the reunion. It looks like Lisa and Kim are no longer friends though from the previews.
