    Hi All,
The more I research, the more I love the Grand Palladium. But I have a few questions that I can't find answers to which might be a deal breaker for us. I am putting them below. Any help would be great! Thanks

1.) Can you specif who you want your officiant to be?
We will already be legally married and would like to have a cosmic ceremony by Maria and Charlie. Is a symbolic cosmic ceremony by Maria & Charlie possible?

2.) Is it possible to bring a fake bouquet instead?
I am allergic to pollen and I can't have a real bouquet.

3.) Can we replace the red carpet walkway to the garden gazebo with our own runner?

4.) Can we bring our own decorations and set them up?
Things like chair ties, decorations for the pillars, etc.

5.) What times are ceremonies held?

6.) Besides the gazebo is there a Chuppah on the beach for the ceremony?

7.) Are the resort actives fun for all ages?
We have ages 20-65 going and none of them are big drinkers. I want to make sure they will have a good time.

8.) Is dinner on the beach for our reception a possibility?

9.) Do the sit down restaurants offer breakfast and lunch?

10.) Do we need to buy a wedding package at all or can we get one customized to meet our needs?
As you can see we really don't need/want many of the things in the standard package. What are our options? I don't want to pay for a bunch of things we don't want. The only things we really want is the location, chairs and table.

      Hi RosieM!
I am also planning my wedding at the Grand Palladium. I'll try to answer your questions the best I can. Have you emailed the WC Rocio at all? She has been great with answering all of my questions so far!

I don't know who Maria & Charlie are? I have heard of brides that bring their own officiant and have had some $$ taken off the wedding package cost.

      Yes! :)

I don't see why not. I am actually thinking of doing this for the beach setup as I don't want a red carpet walkway either.

Yes, you can bring whatever decorations you want. You would give them to the WC at your meeting before the wedding and as far as I know, they will set everything up for you.

Not sure of all the times but I do know that 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 and 4:00 are options (upon availability).

The resort is huge so I'm sure there will be something for everyone! Try visiting this site for some great info on the Palladium (there is also a forum with lots of knowledgable people)

      Not that I know of...

Only the Royal Suites restuarant El Jardin offers breakfast (for Royal Suites guests only). None of the a la cartes offer lunch.

You would have to talk to the wedding coordinator about this. Good luck getting more info!! I hope this helps a little

Thank you so much!! The palladium addict site is great. It may take me a bit to snoop around there.

Tara got you all taken care of, but I just wanted to add that I'm getting married there as well. For the packages, I think there is some room for customization in them, but you just have to deal with Rocio (the coordinator) to see what changes can be made. Good luck!
