I am having a trash the dress photo shoot with Juan Carlos, and wanted to see if any of you that have done this have any tips or suggestions?

      Just get into it!

If you are really going the TTD route - have fun, and relax into the photos. Be yourself (or the person you want to be). If you want to roll in the surf, or float in a pool, or just relax in a hammock do it!

      And -

Be sure to post them when you are done!

Yes, I agree with the having fun. My trash the dress session wasn't that fun, I think in part because we woke up really early the day after our wedding and then got refused entry at the ruins (such a disappointment) but also because my photographer's style was to provide a lot of direction. So it was kinda more like a photo shoot of poses. I love my photos, but I wish we had just let loose and had fun and asked the photographer to just do her thing from the background. Maybe after having fun she could have suggested a few poses, but being given constant direction definitely made it less fun (I didn't mind at the time, but now, looking back and reading about all the girls saying they had so so much fun I regret it).
