Sunset Dinner/Dancing Cruise for reception

Hi everyone,

 

Does anyone know of a company that provides a sunset dinner cruise with dancing/DJ options that might be suitable for a reception? My FI and I are looking at alternative ideas for our dinner/reception instead of having it at the resort. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!!

We did a sunset cruise for our welcome dinner and it was awesome! There was a DJ and live band for dancing on the upper level and dinner was served on the lower level. It was also open bar. We did it through Aquaworld Cancun's Sightseeing & Attractions , Cancun, Cancun Diving, Diving in Cancun, Cancun Tours, Cancun Fishing,Swim with Dolphins Cancun, Cancun Jungle tour, Cancun Snorkeling, Cancun Hotels. We had about 60 people on the boat and everyone had such a wonderful time. The people at Aquaworld were very great and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Ooh a welcome cruise! That sounds like an awesome idea!

It's also out of Cancun and they are providing transportation for all of our guests to and from Cancun free of charge since we charter the entire boat.

They told us we could bring our own CDs, etc. if we wanted, but we are just going to have their saxaphonist play so we can all visit and enjoy the views.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
