We also want something a little "different" or at least something that they won't have 5 other kids in their class with the same name...

Our current faves:
Boy: Corbin, Jude, and Xander (short for Alexander)
Girl: Annika, Norah, Lucy (short for Lucia) and Sylvia

Congrats Sarah.... I thought I read somewhere that you were expecting.

In the past 2 months, 2 of my friends who live in different places (Calgary and Barrie Ontario) have had a boy named Carson.

It's a really cute name.

It's funny though, because I saw their baby pics on Facebook and had to do a double-take at the name! :)

If we have a boy it's going to be a Jr. so Timothy Scott. I know it's not very unique but it makes my husband so happy and I like traditional boys' names. I said we might call him T.J. for Tim Jr.

If it's a girl I wanted to stick with M's because my name is Maureen and my daughter's is Morgan. So I think we decided on Marleigh. We like the sound of it and it reminds us of Jamaica where we got married even though we are not spelling it the same as Bob Marley.
Thanks Mo... Everything is going well. I have my next appt. on July 21st, and I am anxiously awaiting that.
Right now my due date is Feb. 2nd, but the doctor said the baby measured a few days earlier than that.
Other than being really tired, I feel well. I have a little nausea here and there, but no vomitting. I also have no problem eating- if anything I am eating more than normal. I hope that is normal!

We both like the name Peyton for a boy, but then I wonder if kids will make fun of him referring to Paint'n... maybe I am looking into it too much? I still don't think my heart is set on it either.
For a girl, I have no idea. I like Alexis & Cadence, but I know people that used those names, so I want something different.

There are a number of names that I love that have already been crossed off our list through discussion, but I thought I'd post them here for ideas:

Girls: Felicity, Talia, Charlotte

Boys: Isaiah, Isaac, Malcolm

My mother-in-law has a unique middle name (well, it's unique to me, I'd never heard it), Maray. I think it's quite pretty.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
