amy, if you dont have your flowers in hand by tuesday morning next week, please let me know --- i have extra DIY stems, white callas that I can bind together with some nice ribbon, and i will gladly overnight them to you in case you need flowers

Oh my goodness! You are a lifesaver. Seriously if they aren't here by Tuesday, I'm taking you up on that. I just had andy figure out how much air fed ex would cost from Toronto to us and it would be anywhere from about 150.00 to 95.00.....so I'm in for another lovely added cost no matter what. That is on top of the 30.00 already for shipping on the final bill, which I imagine he will credit towards this shipping....I hope. Good lord....I may have to crack a bottle of wine tonight.

Ok, this company is amazing. I told them i would reccomend them on the forum because they have really gone above and beyond for this order. I just got another e-mail from the co-owner....this is after a personal call to my cell phone from the other owner.

I know you already spoke with Mark today so I went through all the email threads with you to see if I missed the date.

I couldn't find anywhere the information of your early departure date, only your wedding date of June 27th in Mexico.

However, this is not the time to find where the overlooking occured so we will ship your order entirely at our expense because we want you to be completely happy and satisfied with our product and service and have it for your big day.

 

It will be sent by Fedex Air Economy/International tomorrow so you will have it the latest next Monday.
