    Brides hair and make up is included in the Strawberry Passion package. 

     

    I think the make up and updo is just the price in the spa list.  My bridesmaids did their own hair so I'm not sure about the price of that.  My sister did the make up,  It was about $55 I think.

      Hi Ladies

       

      Did anyone have Xhail Flores as their wedding coordinator? She is who I have been emailing back and forth and I was just wondering about other brides experiences with her. So far she has been great but I was wondering what it would be like when we get there.

        my wife and I had Xhail. She was pretty quick about returning emails compared to some of the horror stories you hear. Her English is also pretty good.

         

        She did surprise us however by not mentioning she was going on vacation the week of our wedding so we actually got Grecia last second. They were both great.

         

        All of the wedding coordinators do multiple weddings per week so I don't think there is anything they haven't seen at this point.

           Hi Ladies - I'm not sure if you will be able to view these attachments, but these are the spa lists that Gabriela sent me a few weeks ago.  The first document explains the services that are available, while the second states the cost of each service.

              Question!....

              i am having trouble figuring out what I am going to put on my invitations.  Did you guys do a reception card at all?  Did you put down location of ceremony and reception?  I am worried to do that in case I change spots of something once I get down there.  But if I don't, how will everyone know where to go?  Did you put times as well?  Haha a lot of questions, but am struggling with it.  Thanks!

                We put the location and time, but ended up moving the cermony forward by one hour and just told everyone individually when we were down there. It was no big deal anyways as guests were asking about the location anyways and we had to tell everyone where to meet and at what time to take the little bus to the ceremony.

                  We didn't put any details in terms of time on our invitations. We put our wedding website information and that is where we update things such as time. We are also planning on handing out a wedding day itinerary for everyone when they arrive at the resort with the final details.

                    I didn't put locations on my invitations, just the resort.  The other info was on the website - and Like JoAnne said, the times changed a bit, and we just told our guests.  Here's our invite main page.
