Has anybody done this? I'm dying to have one for my cake but I think they're so expensive. Now I can make my own but I haven't found the letters anywhere. I looked on eBay and I saw some wooden ones, but didn't like them at all. Any suggestions?

    Thank you girls,
    Sandra

I know that Shelley (Ms Shelley) has made a few things, but I can't remember if she made a monogram. I know she made a starfish and just bought the metal shape and glued the rhinestones on. I don't see whythat wouldn't work if you can find a metal letter for your monogram....

I bought a plain starfish topper and added crystals to it. It turned out great but took hours to do.

Angela, I think that is the one I was picturing when I said Shelley did one. I love it!

We had ours made at Monogram Wedding Cake Toppers, Crystal cake toppers

We got the brushed metal. It came out very pretty. I haven't decided if I want to add any crystals or leave it plain.

They were the cheapest we found and they had the script lettering that we wanted as well.

              Good luck!

Thanks for sharing this site. I've been dying to order mine but haven't yet. And I really want to add the crystals. I sooo need to get my butt in gear! Sigh....

And yet another site that I bookmarked... I think I should make this myself, but with all the other stuff, who has time!
