      of course, you're more than welcome! it really does help to have all of the support on here, and i know i will be using it when i am ready to lose weight!

                I didn't do so great on eating (jeff & I went out for Mexican last night) but I did work out every day so I'm feeling pretty good about that!

                  Horrible! (does anyone see a pattern, lol!)

                  I have PMS and I've done horrible since last weeks weigh in, lets just say I will not be eating a lot until weigh in on wednesday! I've come to terms with the fact that this was a bad week, I will most likely gain this week and I will have to be really strict this week to get myself back on track, don't want to reverse all of my progress so far!

                    I didn't do well either! I had pizza, Chinese food and lots of carbs. Sigh! Oh well, today I am back on the wagon.
