2008 Self Challenge-drop a size in 1 month

Hello all,

 

I just wanted to share this with all of you. The 2008 Self Challenge has started! I love this program, it's so easy! Go to self.com and sign up- they give you guides on workouts and sample meal plans to get healthy and get into or stay in shape. You can log your workouts and they have food diaries and you can see your progress as you go. No diets, just healthy eating! Wow, I sound like I work for Self magazine or something...ha! I don't, I promise! wink.gif

Very cool thank you for sharing that!! So if I can drop one size in one month does that mean I can drop 8 sizes by my wedding in November? smile120.gif Ohhh I wish!

I signed up to start this again earlier this morning.

 

I've been a bad girl and not to the gym since last Wednesday so this week it's on full throttle!!!

I got this in my email today too! I totally fell off the diet/exercise wagon about 2 weeks ago. So I signed up on the computer today. That was the easy part - now I have to actually do it! Motivation Please!!

Funny - I was like, "I should do this" - took me about 10 seconds to realize it's not an option for me this season! But this summer/fall I may need some help ...

It's a TOTAL PITA to add all of the foods that you eat (well, if you don't follow the meal plans as they have them listed).

 

But it made me realize that lunch alone was 1,057 calories, at best. EEK!!!

OK, So i just signed up but I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be doing! Can I do this and WW at the same time? I definitely don't want to track points/calories at both...

 

Has anyone done this before? How does it work and what am I supposed to be doing?
