I just got back from the gym, I did 50 mins of cardio and lower body weights.

you guys my story is PATHETIC..ok so I get up this morning for the gym, as I am brushing my teeth i am like WOW i am sleepy and I should probably rest up for bridal bootcamp...so i battle with myself on this....obviously the evil fat sherri won...so i said i will go on lunch..got all excited ready to leave for workout..NO WORKOUT CLOTHES...evil fat sherri made me leave them...so now i must do at least 45 min of cardio before i even sit my butt down to get on the computer...NO EXCUSES TONIGHT!

I am running out in a few minutes to bring the little one to play practice and when I get back, I'm going on the damn treadmill, (can you tell I'm really looking forward to this) And I need to do some arms, I need to start a whole arm program!

I can honestly say that I have worked out every day this week! If it were not for the Jager shots and red wine, I would probably look 10 lbs lighter!

If I just had more time I wouldn't mind exercising, but it seems like my only free time at night I have to exercise, it just really blows sometimes!

 

So anyway, I didn't do the treadmill tonight, (jules keep reading, don't start typing yet, lol!) I did do a half hour of arms and a half hour of legs, kicks, squats, etc... did a little jump rope to get my heart pumping a little. I'm just so bored with the treadmill, I really have to buy some dvd's because I love doing classes and I think I would not mind exercising so much if I had some variety. If I had more time I would start going to the gym again, but I just don't think its going to work with my schedule right now.

 

so at least I did something!

I hear ya! It's all about the time......Do you have an ipod of some sort? I foun that to be VERY helpful, along with a good magazine. Every second counts! We should be proud of ourselve for doing anything at all!

Time kills me! I don't have an IPOD, yet, I say yet because I want to buy one to use for the wedding. But, my treadmill is in my basement near my other computer, and I have itunes on that computer, so I'll usually just turn on the songs I've downloaded and listen to those, I try to mix it up a little because when its always the same it gets sickening!

I know I've got to keep pushing, especially if I'm doing the BD pics with Leigh!

BD pics with Leigh? What am i missing out on? Where? when? I wanna do it 2! I think that it would be fun to fly in somewhere......
