    Did legs and back yesterday. Going to step it up to the double P90X workouts since my BD shoot is in 5 weeks. Yikes!

      just ate a 12 inch pizza by myself for lunch sooooo I guess Ill be running a little longer tonight and then will be lifting legs!

        How many toppings and what are they? I like good pizza.
        just ate a 12 inch pizza by myself for lunch sooooo I guess Ill be running a little longer tonight and then will be lifting legs!

          Went to "Total Body Pump" at lunch and that's good enough for a "rest" day.

            Did the Wii fit yesterday and today..tomorrow is my rest day but think i will work on my arms anyway.

                Yummy! Guess you couldn't have a beer to go along with the pizza during the work day.
                it was so good! cheese, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, sausage :)

                Last night I ran extra (cause of the pizza) and then lifted legs. Very sore today. Tonight is back, shoulders, tri's and abs

                  Gave blood today (so happy I passed the minimum iron requirement) and did an easy circuit training (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs & abs).

                      today starts my 2 a days! cardio, kickball, then upper body weights.
