Have you exercised today?

I haven't posted on here for a while so let me start back up-- took a pilates class during lunch today and just had my first tennis lesson last Saturday and ran about 2 miles on Sunday. Tennis was a better workout than I thought it would be!

I needed some cardiovascular activity really bad today so I ended up jogging 4.9 miles. My average speed has improved tonight and I am pleased with the progress. Hoping to hit my weight goal by end of June.

Thank-you! Yeah...I'm trying to mix things up so I don't get bored and lose motivation.

Will do 50 crunches before I go to bed tonight....

I can feel my legs need a break after two days of hard cardiovascular activity. So I did circuit training using the Jillian Michaels DVD - No More Trouble Zones for the first time. Had a decent sweat going. Will see how I feel tomorrow.

Did my circuit training with my personal trainer tonight.

 

My FI had to confiscate the scale, getting a little too stressed out about the lbs when all in all, I've done a great job and fit in my old wardrobe again... I was starting to stress out too much. I recognize that. So now I'll focus on watching what I eat, exercising and maintaining my current healthy weight :-) I think I'm much more "muscle mass" now, so yes, I will be a bit heavier than when I didn't do weights...

 

I'm being too hard on myself and making FI miserable in the process :-(

after about a week off, i forced myself to do 5 miles straight on the eliptical last night! i've NEVER done 5 straight I am very excited. Now I just have to keep it up :)

I ran 3.1 miles this morning, felt great! I run at 6.0 miles per hour, which my personal trainer said is really high for a petite person (I'm just over 5'1").

 

Missing yoga tonight, need to get my roots touched up for the wedding so will be at the hair dresser's. Then running home to catch the So You Think You Can Dance top 20 selection!!!
