I'm copying my answer from the other thread...sorry I'm feeling lazy :P

Dominoes!! Many guests thought they were too cool and played by the pool like everyday.

They loved the portfolios I put in their bags. They were like 12 pages but guests were impressed and found them usefeul. It included a welcome letter, itinerary, maps of PV and where everyone was staying, history of PV, where to shop, where to sight-see for free, guided tour info, a page of tips for staying healthy, and emergency info (#'s to embassies, doctors, credit card companies, etc.)

They used the monogrammed bags often too and loved them, some people brought them to the wedding too. Oh, oddly also cocoa butter bar soap was a hit. Sometimes people forget that hotel soap is really drying and don't pack their own.

Our guests used the travel mugs the most - everyone had them all day and all night - and we could have sold them to other guests that were staying at the hotel!
Everyone also used the beach bags (I got cheapies from Dollarama), kleenex packages, currency converter quick reference card that I made up, candies (tropical skittles, tic tacs), playing cards, and those long lanyard things (I think that's what they are called..) to put their room keys on...

I'm getting t-shirts for our guests too. But, did you give 1 shirt per couple or 1 per person? I already have Pashmina's for the ladies but is giving t-shirts per person overkill for the women? I mean, what couple wants to share a t-shirt? And I don't want the guys complaining that the ladies are receiving special treatment! LOL

I would just give the t-shirts to the men. Women love to wear their mans shirt anyway, so that covers both bases!

Our guests loved the soaker balls & water guns from OTC. We had SO much fun with them!!

What type of design are you doing for your shirts? My mom really wanted to do a group shirt... but I'm a bit skeptical on whether people would wear them. (we will have a wide variety of guest types/ages)

I think the key to having a group shirt for everyone to wear is to keep it simple. As long as it has your names, a cute picture or icon, and your date, I think that's something that would be easily worn by grandparents and little brothers and sisters alike.

wow! You guys are amazing! Thanks for the great ideas!

For any Canadians out there...if you look in the summer time, Superstores carry travel mugs for $1.00. Just an FYI.

This thread is making my list longer, not shorter like I thought it would.
