  1. Try My Bridal Pix. They offer 3 styes of books - Flush Mount, Pure Photo Lay Flat and Photo Books and they sell direct to brides. I ordered a pure photo lay flat book for my boudoir book and it came out awesome. They use real photo paper so the images are so much better than the quality you will get with a typical photo book. I plan on ordering a flush mount album for my wedding album - think they are around $279 for a 10 x 10 flush mount but if that is still out of your budget, you could really just go with the pure photo mount lay flat book for about 1/2 the price. The pages are thicker than a photo book and they are printed on real photo paper. Hope that helps...here is a link to one of their videos on their flush mount albums.
  2. Check out My Bridal Pix. My photographer recommend them to me as he does not bother with albums anymore. I just printed my boudoir book with them and the quality is out of this world. My Photographer said that they are one of the few album complains that print pro-quality albums and sell direct to brides. Their software was easy to use and they offer lots of book options. I plan to order a 12 x 12 flush mount album with a white leather cover for my album and two smaller 8 x 8 albums for parent gifts. So far my experience has been great so I plan to print my album there.
  3. I used My Bridal Pix and my book came out awesome. I chose their lay flat book which had thick pages and panoramic spreads so I did not have the fold of the book down the middle of my images. What I liked most was they had templates that were just for boudoir books so my book was really easy to lay out and it looks so professional.
  4. I'm giving mine right before the ceremony. We're having pics down before the ceremony so when the photographer is finished I will pull him aside and present him with his book. The photographer is going to take his picture as well...I can't wait to see the expression on his face. After that, I plan to tuck it away so no one sees it and I'll bring it out again on our honeymoon
  5. I made my boudoir book on My Bridal Pix. After I printed my book I just deleted my images from their server. I guess the best advice is to keep your images classy and then you have nothing to worry about.
  6. I just printed my boudoir book at My Bridal Pix and absolutely LOVE how it came out. They had a lot of free boudoir book templates which made it super easy to put it together and my book came out looking so professional. Quality is excellent and the thick lay flat pages are so such much better than a regular photo book. Here is an article they have on their blog about boudoir books.
