    My FI and I don't like frosting very much so these are the inspiration for our cake. Hopefully the resort can do something like this for us.

    Thanks Kal520 That stinks but I guess it's better than having to pay double for the chairs.

    I'm not a fan of the white chair covers either. I want to do something like this, but figure out a way to make it easier for the hotel staff to implement. Maybe attach them all to one ribbon that could just be tied to each side of the chair.

    Do you know do they charge you twice for the Tiffany chairs, for the ceremony and for the reception?

    Here's a site I found that seems to have pretty good prices http://www.justartifacts.net/paperlanterns.html. They have lots of sizes and colors that can be mixed and matched, and I think they sell the lights too. It looks to me from all of the sites I found, the lights are purchased separately. Also, I don't know if you or anyone else is interested in the tissue paper pom poms instead of lanterns. If so there are DIY tutorials on Pinterest that teach you how to make them your self for significantly cheaper, and they also look really cute http://pinterest.com/search/?q=diy%20tissue%20paper%20pom%20poms

    Congratulations, and welcome to BDW!!!! Disneyland is the best place to get married You will find this website so helpful in planning and narrowing down your destination and hotel. I'm fairly new on here myself, but I can't tell you how valuable the info on here is for your planning. Because of BDW we've been able to narrow down the hotel, create a budget, and compiled lists of local vendors who will help us have our dream wedding at half the cost of a wedding in the states Now we just need to pick a date, lol.

    Do you think or know if the cocktail hour be credited towards a welcome cocktail hour on the night guests arrive instead?

    Have any Now Jade brides hired an outside videographer instead of using the in house one? I hope this isn't too personal, but about how much were they? I'm trying to put our budget in order, and we would like to include in it a creative and high quality video. Unfortunately though, the vendors I've asked have all said they need dates and a video budget from us before providing a quote, but that's why I'm trying to get the quote from them first so I know our budget lol. Any help would be appreciated

    This is kind of a stupid question but does anyone know if we have to have a dance floor? Can we just dance in the reception room without one?

    Yeah MP is nice and I was originally sucked in by all of the incentives, but the room prices are so high the the incentives ended up becoming not worth while. Plus I like the Now Jade ceremony and reception locations so much better. Those prices are amazing! Did you use a TA? If so, who?

    Hi I was leaning towards the Moon Palace Resort, but after doing more research I am now totally leaning towards Now Jade for our 2014 wedding. The rates are better and the resort looks even nicer. Fingers crossed I will be planning a Now Jade 2014 wedding right along side you all
