    Hi there, I am an occasional teacher and my MOH is a teacher as well in Ontario. She was told, especially with everything going on in the province, that she will most likely never get permission to get the extra time off. To not even bother trying. Having to change our wedding to New Years break, its upped the price of our package by about $400.00. Crazy! Not only that, but now we are having issues with the resort changing prices for the year 2014! So good luck..! I hope it works out for you!

    Hi there Loreal 30...small world!!! Imagine that. Pretty terrific website but its still hard to find those deals. I am getting married in Punta Cana in January. Keep me posted on how your planning is going! Maybe I can share deals that I find with you too!

    Hortonk, I got my bags from Dollar Days. I got 12 of them for a total, including shipping to the states, for $39.00. I think once my mother inlaw brings them here, I am gonig to try to stencil something on them with fabric paint.

    Planning is soooo slow. I am impatient. I like everything done..yesterday...lol We have booked the time and place but we had issues with our trip provider. We werent happy with some things and now we want to switch ...what a headache. I started oot bags...love finding deals. My invitations were sent out about a month ago via email. How about you ladies? (and any men out there doing the planning?)

    Sure I will send you the package that she sent to me. I am very excited but I will be happier once I get the reception and dinner figured out! I like knowing things ahead of time and the answers that they are giving me are not overly reassuring.

    Hi all! I recently booked at Ocea Blue. Our wedding date is Jan3rd, 2014. Is there any other brides on here that have booked weddings through Transat? Or if someone ciuld tell me a bit about the different colour schemes they have at O.Blue it would be great! I am having a rough time getting info. from the resort. Thanks!
