We ordered my FI's suit about a week and a half ago and my fiancé absolutely loves it!! I'm so excited (and relieved!) We ordered the custom sizing. We followed the measurement guide on the website and I measured him myself. I also used tips from this thread to know where to add inches to my measurements bc everyone said they run rather small even when you measure appropriately. The only place that is actually a tad big is the waist but its definitely not overly big. He will wear a belt and be fine!

We also really love the color (we went with the glen check grey). My MIL (whose grandmother was a legit Italian seamstress) even said it was very high quality with great detailing and stitching. We were all impressed. My FI wants to buy more suits from them for work! Haha. I'm just so excited and like I said, relieved bc it's such a tough thing to custom order over the Internet!! You just never know...

    Good luck with yours!! 400

wow! that looks so great and i'm happy to hear that your FI loved it!  we are still deciding which color to get but glad to see so many great reviews (along with some awesome tips)!

Well our 1st anniversary is drawing near and I'm in the process of planning our trip to Hard Rock Punta Cana!  And guess what, we've turned it into a COUPLES event LOL.  Only because folks that attended that wedding kept asking "when is your next trip, I want to go".  So we put a "Couples Only" event together.

I'll definitely post pictures upon our return.  I have a photog booked for my Boudoir shoot but not sure I want to do it there as I truly have so many FAB ideas that I will need my very own make-up artist and that proved to be difficult there.  OH well..... I'm a Philly girl so I will conquer this soon.

Happy Planning & Happy Anniversary to MY 2012 Moon Palace Brides.

congrats!  that trip sounds amazing!  :-D

    Very happy with the quality!

For future brides, make sure you order early! They are really busy!

For past brides- did you have any problems transporting your flowers? My plan is to take the flowers in my carry on? And hope for the best?

wow...these are so lovely!  yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  :-D

I purchased over 80 items and including shipping it only came to $50!!!

    thanks for this!  so helpful!

I wanted Badgley Mischka's but could not bring myself to spend the $225 and up they would have cost, with all of our rising and mounting wedding costs. I ended up purchasing a pair of Nina's and I love them as much as I loved the Badgley's I wanted. They were budget friendly without compromising the beauty at $98. I also purchased a pair of flip flops for the beach reception from the same designer Nina- I would highly recommend looking into Nina if you want a gorgeous shoe for a friendly price. She has a lot of options! I bought the sandals at Lord and Taylor yesterday- they were on sale so I paid $32 for them. The flower detail matches my dress. I also bought the heels- but I purchased them from Nordstroms website because it is free shipping both ways and the store didn't carry them. Here they are!

Yes! It is! Dont attempt it before the wedding. I promised my fiancé I would not get drunk because we paid to go zip lining the next day at XPLOR but the escorts didn't even ask if I wanted a refill. As soon as my cup was empty there was another one in my hand and it's hard to say no to alcohol that's literally handed to you- especially if any of your guests think like me an want to drink their money's worth. Oh man! Lol what about the day after te wedding?

    haha good advice!!!

Hey Emily- I do indeed- I had to dig through a little bit because I posted it so long ago. Excuse the middle pic with the saggy boobs...my girls need help- they need to add cups to my dress. I lost weight so...sadly...my girls deflated from a DD to a B : ( I wish when you lost weight your boobs and rear weren't the first things to go and the stomach wasn't the last lol but the pic shows the detail on the bottom of my dress which surprisingly- turned out to be one of my favorite parts. I didn't think I would like the frilly frou frou and was all about the bling. But I like the "spanish" feel of the bottom.

We just passed the 9 month mark to our wedding at the Beloved and couldn't be more excited!! Is anyone using the photographer from the Beloved? I'm torn on what to do since you have to pay extra to bring an outside photographer in. If not, do you have recommendations? Please let me know!

I think some of the ladies earlier in the thread used VIP photos (the in-house photog) but I think I may bring my own and have them stay at the hotel (and then the outside vendor fee will be waived).  Still not sure yet, but that's what we're leaning towards.

Not sure about getting a videographer...we're still deciding on that.  What about you gals?

def go try on dresses so you see which silhouette looks the best on you!  and then even if you don't see something like it from jasmine's, i think you can send pictures and they can do custom orders as well!  good luck!

Here is a photo of the guys on our big day - they are all wearing Studio Suits Hawaiian Light Gray.  The far left and 3rd from left are in slim fit jackets and straight leg pants and the other two in the traditional fit jacket with comfort fit pants (just a bit more roomy).  All were super impressed and happy with their suits!  Here is a photo that shows the suit colour and slight check through the fabric.700

My father ordered from the Italian linen selection - the colour was Italian Givochi Linen, he was also very pleased with the suit and liked the fabric choices with this line (suits from this line cost $200).

Overall we were very impressed with the company and would definitely recommend them to others!

they look awesome!  thanks for sharing!
