I haven't posted enough either- I tried re-posting with the pics showing in the message and it said it needed to get approved...hopefully it'll show up on of these days!

Let me try those pictures of the trial again- I don't think they went through

Kelley said that he will honor the price that was quoted to us from Kelley for Fernando-I think that was $220 for bride (I can't remember exactly)The makeup artist uses airbrush foundation which is AWESOME- it is so light feeling and holds SO well..we went to rhythms of the night after my trial and it was about 90% humidity and I was dripping in sweat and my make up held up really well! Here's a picture of my hair and make-up trial to give you an idea.

I know they won't be using Fernando for my wedding in March- not sure when is is "stopping" weddings with them...I'm sure if he's already booked with you then you are fine, but Kelley told me he will not be with them in March so I tried this new person and it turned out well.

I just got back from vacation in Puerto Vallarta. My wedding is in March, so I did my site visit early (last week) with Kelley and met one of the new planners Denise. She is working with Kelley right now and training with her. I met with both of them. I do not know who the other planner is. I do know that Denise lives there in Puerto Vallarta and is also a LC bride in January so she will have great training doing weddings with Kelley before Kelley leaves and will also have the bride perspective. I have no idea who the other planner will be, but after meeting with Kelley and Denise one of the new planners I have total confidence in the new planners and the training they will get from Kelley. I also did a hair/make-up trial with one of the new makeup/hair stylist they are looking at using- It turned out awesome and I was very happy with it and feel very confident that everything will be great come my wedding in March.

Lesley! Your pictures are AMAZING and your dress is gorgeous- confirms that my style dress will work (not like yours but some similarities!) Makes me sooo excited for my wedding! congrats and you were gorgeous!!!

Hey ladies- what type of shoes are you all wearing? I got my dress and it's a little more traditional with a little beach flare to it, I'm thinking some sort of wedge, but I just want to make sure I can walk on the sand- anyone have suggestions or pics of their shoes they wore? Thanks!

Hey Lea, Thanks! Yeah we are so excited it's as if Las Caletas was meant to be and I do not regret postponing the other one! Glad to hear the (non supporters) eventually got on board. We have a few of those right now, but we aren't letting it stop us because Las Caletas is just too beautiful! Save the Dates arrive in the mail today! Can't wait to send them out!!!

I'm So excited! We booked Las Caletas after postponing our at home wedding due to size! We are so excited and just found out today that our "at home photographer" for our first planned wedding has offered to come and do our wedding at Las Caletas!!! I'm seriously on cloud nine since we had already paid part of her fees and she does amazing night time photography!!!! Ahhh I can't wait for our wedding in March!

YAY! Kelley wrote back today!!! She has us penciled in for March 31st 2012 and we are sending our deposit online today! So excited to be a Las Caletas Bride!!!!

Yay! Kelley emailed me my first response! I emailed back right away so I can put a deposit down on the date I want. Does she usually email you a contract? Do you know if you can do the deposit with credit card? How's that work? Thanks and I'm SOO excited!

Thanks everyone for you posts... I figured she was busy doing wedding, which yes is where I want her to be for mine! I just want to confirm my date so I can get things moving! Hopefully I'll hear from her this week and then I can really chime in on the forum! Very excited!

Hi everyone- I'm not yet a Las Caletas Bride, however my fiance and I love it! I have tried to contact Vallarta Adventures Wedding via email and filled out the online planning form, but it's been a week and I have not heard anything. We really want to book for March 2012 and I want to start my process of planning but can't until I get going with Las Caletas. How did most of you get a hold of them to start the process? Thanks!
