I just ordered real touch flowers from Plumerias wedding boutique...She does AMAZING flowers!! My cousin used her for her wedding in Jamaica as well! They really pop in pictures and look amazingly real!! We have booked Merrick Cousley for our photographer...and I couldn't be more happy and excited about our choice...he has had great reviews from past brides..Check out his portfolio his pics are stunning!!

Hey Tori...I ended up getting the 16 oz bubbas for $6.99 (plus my FI discount..yay)!!..I did get 10 of the purple...not sure which ones u have but my CT still had more of the purple...Also u can ask them to check inventory at other stores that may be close to you..that's what I did to save on the driving:)

Hey Tori...I saw some very similar zipper pouches (different colours and all) at Staples when I was back to school shopping with my kids last week...they were cheap too....under $2 I think.

Thanks for the info...this documentation stuff seems to be all over the place...I have only gotten our short form BC notarized because Chandyln told me that was acceptable...Where do I get the long forms from...does my FI need one too?? I am from Canada too. Passports need to be done as well? Aren't they already a legal document? Friggers...I don't want any problems either..I appreciate your opinion!! Thanks:)

The Short form is acceptable but MUST be notarized! (and if u do this get more than 1 copy...just in case) long forms, as far as I know do not need to be notarized.

I will keep you posted Tori...My FI actually works for Canadian Tire Dist. So maybe he can help out...hmmmm...I will ask him to try and find out when they are going to be on sale again:)

As far as I know she NEEDS to see and keep the actual copy of the notarized documents...so take them with you:) We got 3 copies done just in case things get lost...

Wow...that's not good to hear..we are getting married in April too...our deposits were due at the end of June (and all who booked by end of May got a free upgrade to the golden section in our resort) Our final balance isn't due until the end of January...Hopefully your TA will figure this out!!

I will let you know what I decide...I don't reallly care about the colors of them...I sent the people at bubba an email to see what kind of deal they could give me...doesn't hurt to try:) Also, one of the girls posted her personalized mugs she bought from factory 21 on ebay yesterday on one of the threads here......they look really nice and are pretty reasonable in price too. Have you seen them? The mugs only come in white or black but the printing comes in a variety of colors. Anyways...I will let you know how this all works out hopefully soon:)

Hey Ladies...I am looking for some advice on these travel mugs...uggg...I originally wanted the personalized ones but after getting them customized and shipping it costs so much...I just came across the website for bubbas...www.shopbubbas.com and they have bulk packages in quantiies as little as 1- whatever!!!!! and they ship to Canada!!!!!! The price does come out to be a bit cheaper...They have the mini ones (20oz) with the skinny bottom so they would fit in car holders...or the chunky original ones...also they have ones with or without handles...I don't really care about the color of them but was thinking purple for the ladies and black for the men.......HELP!! Thx in advance:)

So sorry to hear this news too:( To avoid a lot of these things that could go wrong or not as planned...I am not bringing any decor...table thingys..cake toppers...steel drum band will be playing during ceremony...so won't be bringing my own music...I'm not renting the gazebo..nor hiring bartenders...and no DJ...no rehearsal needed...we r just going to go with the flow...carefree and relaxed:) It's Jamaica...and all I need is my FI:) I did book Merrick though for wedding day and ttd so it was GREAT to hear how pleased you were with him...you will have to post some pics for us:) Sorry again to hear about your experience..but CONGRATS to you on your wedding!!
