  1. I just started a no gluten diet. Started last Wednesday and I have lost a total of 5 pounds! It really isn't awful to do either! The grocery store has a lot of choices out now to substitute things in!! Hope you find something that works!!
  2. Just in case you can't find anybody who has any http://www.yourweddingcompany.com/index.php/action/purchase/productId/476/categoryId/92/ here are some and they are pretty cheap!
  3. Dollar Tree has really cute tote bags out right now!! Adorable for Oot bags too bad I'm not having my wedding in Hawaii!! You can order these online in a case of 36! Hope this helps somebody! http://www.dollartree.com/party-supplies/Favors-Decorations/Luau-Hibiscus-Flower-Tote-Bags-10-190-/207c347c347p327738/index.pro?method=search Website says that they are 10 3/4"
  4. So a HUGE thank you goes out to Dominique and Vanessa.. We did a group order on a great wholesale website to get some goodies for our guests!! I finally got my stuff today and I am SO excited!!! I love it!! Oot bags for the single men coming to our wedding. I thought that they would like these better than a beach bag!! I also got these!!! On the website they were advertised as "JUMBO pens" LOL!!! They really are JUMBO!!! I thought they would be WAY WAY smaller but hey!! It will make people laugh when they see them in their OOT bags!!
  5. @ Speckles121 I have been planning for what feels like forever (since February 2011) So I am doing a little at a time so I am not stressing come closer to my wedding!! You'll get going and be amazed how fast the tasks get checked off of your list!
  6. You aren't having any parties before the actual wedding?? If not I would honestly (if you have the time) take the time to go and visit those guests. They took the time to take work off for your wedding I would take the 3 hours it may take going between resorts to hand deliver the bags.
  7. LOL.. well actually I was scheduled to have my meeting with Chloe Jan. 6th NEVER HAPPENED she never called. I called her and left a message then she called me and vice versa we were playing phone tag. Actually I think I will call again tomorrow. Man I could kill that Glenroy who I talked to who told me I had an appt. but never wrote it down for her.. GRRRRRRRRRRR!!! So what'd she say?!? I'm so anxious to hear!!!
  8. I guess I will just bookmark the site and keep my eye out closer to my wedding.. Where did you find the coupon code?!?
  9. & which did you buy at 120?!? I only see up to 90 in the blends section?!?!
  10. LOL!! I want to buy mine now and I'm in June 2103?!?!? Any advice on lasting?!?!?!?
  11. I bet that you could do everything for under $1000.00 if you really set and budget and stuck to it. 1) Make your own flowers for the ceremony from Michael's, etc. (And wait for the coupons & don't buy them all at once buy one at a time so you can use that coupon for each individual one because most of the time they are only like 40% off one regular price item) 2) WAIT FOR SALES DON'T JUST BUY BECAUSE YOU FOUND WHAT YOU WANT.. (I found the sandalwood fans I wanted and waited till they went on sale from $1.59 per fan to $.59 a fan!!!) 3) 100% go try on dresses in a bridal boutique once you find the style you want have somebody write it down for you (without anyone else seeing) then tell the sales people you are going to sleep on your decision go home and google the dress. You can buy them online SO MUCH CHEAPER!! Just make sure you try on the dress before buying it online!! 4) Splitting a beach house is a GREAT idea!! A nice way to keep costs low!! But I personally feel you should make a budget and take a chunk out for a "wedding dinner" whether it be at a restaurant or a cocktail hour after your ceremony.. Research restaurants in the area and get a round about price for dinner for however many people you are bringing then add about $50.00-$100.00 for drinks. SET THAT ASIDE AND DON'T TOUCH IT!!! Well hope this helped!
  12. I'm SO detailed orientated... As I am looking for "Jamaican" things for my oots and every other part of my wedding there aren't many things for Jamaica... that's the best way I can describe it. I love the whole idea of the Luau party in Hawaii.. there are more sites to see in Hawaii that I would love to do.. In Jamaica on the west side of the island there aren't very many excursions you can take at all. It is just a whole mixture of things.
  13. The best word of adive I can give is TAKE YOUR TIME! I chose Jamaica as a destination when I first got engaged and blabbed my mouth to everybody friends, family, etc. now I wish I took the time and researched each country and what it had to offer. I am also a June 2013 bride and we have seventeen months! Take your time and read through all of the resort reviews and then move on to planning threads. I think you will be happier in the long run if you do this. I REALLY REALLY want to switch my destination to Hawaii but I chose Jamaica and booked way to far in advance...
  14. A lot of girls have told me to just bring your reciepts!! Tell them your getting married!!
  15. Me too I check daily! I'm thiking more around the end of April
  16. Super cute find today at Bath & Body Works!!! Adorable hemp like bags to put some goodies in for my bridesmaids!! I love them!! They had coral which is one of my colors for our wedding!! They also had tan, green, and blue!! $2.50 a bag and SUPER adorable!!!
  17. Wow, I can't believe that you have to wait so long to book everything. We are getting married June 2 2013 and I was allowed to book everything way back in September.. I wonder if just my resort is that way! I know you are getting married around the same time that I am but me ms. planner would be freaking out haha if my place wasn't booked I only have seventeen months till my wedding!!! LOL!!!
  18. OMGOODNESS Selina I can't believe I MISSED your wedding!!! Everything looked beautiful!!! CONGRATULATIONS I hope you are enjoying married life!!! I went MIA for a few months came back and was thinking to myself "where did she go" so I had to look you up!!! BTW.. you looked GORGEOUS in your dress!!!
  19. These are in the toy department, in my target store they are on the back wall by all of the card games (for example: uno, skipbo)
  20. Okay I LOVE TARGET!!! I could seriously spend hours upon hours in that store.. They have everything!!! And EVERYTHING in that store right now is on CLEARANCE!!! Even better!!! Today I stumbled across these adorable "Hang mans" for the children coming to our wedding!! I LOVE them!!! They come in a three pack for only $2.99!! That means $1.00 a piece!!
  21. The luggage tags were so simple and didn't take much effort! 1) I ordered the actual hard plastic from http://tags.idcardgroup.com/productdetails.aspx?item=1840-620 in the clear. I have to say that I actually really really like them. They come apart and are very easy to work with. I also like the way that they are not flimsy like the soft plastic holders. 2) I made my luggage tag inserts on Vistaprint. Just one of their basic designs, it wasn't completely free as as I opted to pay the additional $5.00 to have the back full color but I think it was totally worth it!! So those may have cost a total of $8.00 including shipping!! 3) I knew that I did not want just the plain luggage tag strap so I decided to buy ribbon at Michael's and use that for the actually way to tie them onto the bags!! Super Easy!!
  22. Did you buy the pashminas yet?!? They have them for $3.95 http://www.wholesalepashminascarves.com/pa-003.html
