    Hi missmimi! You don't have your date confirmed yet?? It took them a month to confirm my date. I also went through a travel agent but in order to proceed I needed a confirmed wedding date

    It's so annoying!! We have 22 booked and confirmed. I sent out 65 invites and only have gotten 12 rsvp back!! I keep in hearing I'm going I'm booking. Ok, then book and send me your RSVP. Do ppl really think that I spent money on invites and postage so they can just toss it aside! Ughhhh!!!!!!

    Thanks! With the help of my FI and MOH I feel better. I am a crazy control freak and mot having the appt go the way I wanted freaked me out!!! I'm positive once the everything's done I will be in love all over again;)

    I bought my dress on RK bridal in NY and their alterations prices are under $350 for basic . I'm assuming that shortening the dress and taking in the waist and hip is a basic alteration ! I called today and they told me the reason why is because of my bust. Petite with a C cup . You would think I was huge! I guess I will have to wait to march ...

    I'm originally a 6 in dress sometimes 4 it my dress was ordered a 10!!!!! The consultant said wedding dress sizes are different than normal dresses sizes. If they took your measurements and suggested a smaller size you will be fine. Fingerscrosses***

    Hello ladies, Today was my try on appt. my dress arrived last week. I was so excited to finally try it on but then when I did I was so disappointed, not because of the dress I still love it. I imagined the dress fitting like a glove! The sample I tried on looked better ! I know once alteration and everything is done I will fall in love again but until then I have this imagine of a baggy dress in my head!! I think they ordered a bigger size to hit me with alterations( not nice)

    1. I want to be a mother more than anything. Right after our wedding it's baby time! 2. I never eat The end of a French fries. 3. I have a hello kitty obsession. Childish yes, but she's soo cute! 4. I love to clean. Laundry , dusting, sweeping love it! 5. I don't know how to cook. I try and it's a disaster. Thank god my FI likes to cook and CAN cool

    Congrats! I'm also getting married at dreams la romana . Have you been the the dreams la romana thread? They have pics of the hair styles the salon does. I saw a couple of hairstyles with curls. I want soft waves I will let them blow out my hair since I have curly hair and do the waves and styling myself.

    I'm so glad I bumped into this thread . Here is my baby Roqui he is a French bulldog and is going to be 3 in June. This is how he spends his days.. Lazy doggy!
