I love to eat too. It kills me to count calories. But honestly, losing weight is 90% food and 10% workout. Working out is great for your health and toning your body, but it will do very little for your weight loss goals. What helps? Reminding myself of my priorities and taking it one step at a time. Kindda like AA When there is that one homemade chocolate chip cookie in front of me and I am dieing to eat it, I tell myself: "It's just one cookie ... Think of how good you want to look in a bikini in Cabo". Remember: One cookie at a time!
