Hi Sharon, welcome to the forum. The good thing about destination weddings is that you can make it as simple or as complicated as you'd like! If you are not too picky about colors, flowers, decoration, etc. you can leave all of that up to your coordinator. My only advise is to pick the items that are important to you. Mine was music, food and drinks! So I spent some time clearing all of that with my coordinator. Also travel brochures are really useful for your guests to plan their trip. My thought process that people are going out of their way to come to Mexico and attend my wedding, so I want to make sure they have a great time. There are some good examples on the forum.
