My wedding is book March 2, 2011 at the Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach. Time is going by fast now. I would like to thank everyone for all the great ideas and review on this site, it has been very helpful.

Air transat wedding package

Maybe the free wedding you saw in the book was offered by the hotel. Sometimes they offer them if you have a certain number of people booked. I booked an Air Transat wedding package, not with the hotel. -
Well I booked it. Leaving February 27, 2011 married March 2, 2011. I can't believe how fast the time is going. Hopefully I hear from the hotel soon with the wedding options.

Does anyone have a price list for the different wedding packages? Still trying to decided between a couple of resorts for February 2011.

The only thing that I learned about the Air Transat package is that is doesn't include your minister/judge fees and a limited time at the restaurant (maybe 1.5 hrs). The packages at the hotel start at $1500.

Congrats on your decision. I just got the prices from the hotel for wedding packages, but they seem really high compared to the Air Transat packages. Has anyone used the packages from Air Transat? I am interested to see how they worked out.

I am just wondering if anyone has gotten married here recently. We have stayed here before and had a wonderful time. I am looking to go February 2011, but we still haven't picked our location. Does anyone have the price list for the wedding packages? How was the wedding? Any help would be appreciated.
