  1. Try tableclothsfactory.com I bought the linen napkins from them.
  2. That is where we bought ours, in crystal organza, fushia. They were great and really sparkle in the sun. We used them at the bridal shower too, just for fun.
  3. We just had my daughters shower and had no games. And quite a few guest thanked us for that. What we did was have each person address an envelope (that is used for the thank you cards) and put them in a bucket for drawings as she opened her gifts. We gave out the same beach bags that we are giving for our OOT bags. We added a few of the goodies in the bag too. People at the shower are not coming to the wedding, so we were safe with these gifts. We did 10 for the adults and 3 for the kids. It saves the bride alot of work when it comes to her thank you notes. Each person also got a candle with ribbons on them (orange and fushia) with a thank you charm. The kids got fans like the ones from the wedding and the goldfish we had swimming in the bowls that we used as table decorations.
  4. Check weddinglinensdirect.com We bought fushia from them, great colors and price. We also found orange and pink sandles at Victoria Secret. Real comfortable and only $30.
  5. We ordered from wedding linens direct. Total with shipping was 20 for $30. Shipping is a bit high, but the quality is great. I got the company from one of the post on this forum.
  6. We ordered the crystal organza in fushia. The are absoluletly beautiful in the sun. They sparkle wonderfully. The quality is great too.I assume they have more shimmer that the regular ones. We ended up using them at the bridal shower last week. We put them on the chairs of the head table for the girls in the wedding party. Nice touch.
  7. We ordered the fushia organza ones from this same company. They are gorgeous in the sun. We also used them at her bridal shower yesterday.
  8. I took your suggestion and bought 12 starfish necklases for $16 and seahorses for a little over $1 on Ebay. That was a great idea. All kinds of deals on them. I also bought extra to use at the bridal shower.
  9. What color did you actually order, and how tall is your mom?
  10. As a Mom of a DW Bride, I am so excited that I can hardly stand it. She has always wanted to get married on a beach. It is HER day, and I get a vacation out of it Sorry you girls have had such hassles. We did have a few from my extended family, but I just told them that this is her wish for HER wedding. The new inlaws are not as excited, but they also have the option to go or not to go. Since they are not paying for any part of the wedding, I feel it is the decision is left to the happy couple. In laws are paying for their "vacation", but that is all. So that leaves the 20 people that are going willing to enjoy this time away and support the couple. I eloped and got ALOT of static, but I would not change a thing. It was about us, and our life together. Stick to your guns, just do it tactfully.
  11. Walmart had the tylenol packets by the checkouts. 6 packs for $1.25, got them today. They also had first aid kits for $.97 and a little bug spray for $2.97. Also shout out wipes for $.97, hand wipes $.97. All in the trial size section. Lots of other items also.
  12. I found mine at JC Pennys. I am short, 4'11" and the petite section had quite a few nice ones. Not "grandma" dresses, but not "hooker" looking ones either.
