  1. After trying the DVD (finally!) I felt that Level 1 was a bit too easy for me. I'm looking forward to doing Level 2 and seeing how I feel. I love how quick the workout goes! The one detriment is the dumbbells. I use different weights for different lifts, but have no time to switch since I have adjustable dumbbells. I'll have to keep trying a few things out until I find a quick method that works!
  2. Amazon was gracious in sending another DVD to me after the other one was marked as delivered and never arrived. Can't wait to finally try it out tomorrow evening!
  3. Way to go Malisa!! Great job you guys! Tomorrow is an early St. Patrick's Day celebration that we're going to. I'm still debating on whether I'll actually indulge in alcohol or not. Maybe I'll bring a bottle of wine for myself?
  4. I was a little McPiggie today. Too many temptations, so little time.
  5. 272.37 + 3.2 = 275.57 I don't love the dreadmill, but it gets the job done.
  6. OMG I love them! Good luck finding them. I'll let you know if I come across any pairs!
  7. Manders - It definitely gets better! I was not convinced my first time either and it took until the 3rd time to enjoy it (and make it through each posture without breaks.) I think the biggest thing I learned was remembering to breathe and trying to always remember the breathe in/out through the nose. Best of luck!
  8. My order from Amazon says the DVD was delivered Monday, but there's been no sign of it. If it doesn't show up by tomorrow, I'll be calling the USPS, followed by Amazon. I just want to try the DVD!

  10. Just sent! My scale photos are soooo difficult to read. I should have turned on another light! I ran 2 miles this morning and might do a little after I finish up some chores tonight after work. (My bff is coming in this weekend and I want some sort of a respectable abode!)
  11. Was able to get 2 miles in before I noticed the time and had to quick take a shower... 270.37 + 2.0 = 272.37

I swear you can do anything if you put your mind to it!

But definitely makes a difference in your body and your flexibility. Just be prepared to sweat a lot!!!! Have fun. It is definitely a challenge but great. I found I was really good with hydrating myself when I did it. So I ran a race on Saturday, just 4 miles, and I am SO SORE. Oh well, now I've got the running bug back!
  14. This is a great idea. I'm getting married next March and would like to lose 20lbs before then. I've been a total stress eater since becoming engaged. I got a dress not long after and it came in a few weeks ago. I can tell you right now that it will not fit! I gained 15lbs just being CRAZY. hahahaha But it's good to plan ahead and do a healthy, slow weight loss.
  15. I posted so long ago saying hello....and finally have some miles to post. Race #1 of the year is behind me and it turned out to be a decent morning. 240.97 + 4 = 244.97 I signed up for a half-marathon at the end of April, followed by a 10-mile race the first weekend in May, so I should be a regular around here now.
  16. I ordered 30 day shred the other day on Amazon. Should get here on Monday! I'll write again with my initial review!

  18. I think I'm finally starting (and committing) to a round on Monday. Eek!

  20. Ok - 30 day shred is on the way. I loved the reviews I read on here and just had to have it. Plus, I think on days when I don't have a ton of time, this will be really great!
