  1. Yup, it's amazing what you can find on Craigslist these days :-)
  2. Would love to hear from anyone who ended up using Roly as their photographer or anyone else who's had success finding a local photographer. I'm still 16 months away, but all the help I can get would be great!
  3. Looks like you had an amazing wedding, and lots of fun with the cruise. Congrats! My TA (who is also my aunt) has been recommending to do a cruise especially after this spring's H1N1 fiasco. My biggest reservation about it has been how to organize the actual wedding. Would love to hear more about how you went about planning the actual wedding day. Did you have options of which port to be married at? Did the cruise have selected venues & plans so that you really just had to show up and have fun? Thanks ahead of time for any help! Erin
  4. Hi, Has anyone had any experience with the Paradisus Varadero resort? The brochures make it look amazing but the reviews seem to be really mixed. Thanks, Erin
  5. In Manitoba, Canada it was made real simple, you just said "presentation only" but that seems to have just been a local thing
  6. Definitely do whatever is more comfortable. I would chose the one who would not have a role otherwise. My father has recently passed away, and while it probably would have made sense to have my mother walk me down the aisle, I have asked my best guy friend as his wife will be my matron of honour so that they could both be involved.
  7. Congrats! I'm a fellow Canadian as well looking for around the same time just starting on the planning as well. Good Luck!
  8. Wish you the best of your luck in your hunt. I'm still in that process as well.
  9. Name: Erin Frohwerk Wedding Date: December 2010 Location: Still deciding, leaning towards Jamaica, Cuba or Turks & Caicos, Mexico, maybe even a Caribbean cruise
