  2. Tunnels beach is a good location for an intimate wedding. Parking is limited so it's best for small groups. Here is a link to a wedding on Tunnels Beach. Remember you'll need a permit from the State to get married on the beach.
  3. Two couples inlove to be wed on a September sunset at Maui. Soooo, romantic... I wish, me and my boyfriend can do that but I know both of our parents would get mad at us. A warm congratulations to the both of you! Oh, don't forget to post some of your pictures soon...
  4. Meridith Bronte wrote this article precisely for this kind of question. Quote: Maui Maui beaches are the most popular choice of location among couples looking to taste that “Hawaiian Experience”. Makena is one of the most scenic and beloved beaches on Maui. For garden weddings, the Lao Valley is the famed place. With its gleaming streams, alluring rock formations, and luscious greenery, it is one place that provides an enthralling ambiance fit for romantic weddings. Wailea is home to some of Maui's best luxury resorts, many of these resorts have an in-house wedding planner to coordinate weddings on site. Kauai For couples who are looking for that "eco-feel", Kauai is the ideal island, and certainly a beautiful choice for anyone that wants to get away. 9. I heard that the food was good and the place was picturesque. Other than that I don't have any first hand encounters with Plantation Garden.
  10. It is never too early to start planning your wedding especially since you've already decided to get married by next year. You can start with conceptualizing what your theme will be and who will form part of your entourage - just start making the soon-to-be long list of yours that will truly prove to be helpful. Anyway, its already April, I only hope you've contacted Above Wedding's Gate by now.
  11. Wow - thank you for the warm greetings everyone!
  12. Buffet is more casual and your guests have more room to socialize with others. A sit-down dinner is more formal but then again its more organized... To choose whether to go for buffet or sit-down all depends the kind of feel you are aiming for...
  13. I can also recommend Gelston Dwight. He has a few samples in his site but a friend of mine forwarded his portfolio, I couldn't quite find the links though.
  14. Hello I'm Maylea. I'm not engaged and I won't be getting married until 4 years from now. I haven't decided on the place yet. I enjoy weddings and I coordinate whenever a friend or family asks me to. Anyway, a big aloha to all of you...
