I am recently engaged as well and we've decided on Cabo. My finance and I are traveling to Cabo in April for a site visit. Let me know if you have any questions you would like me to bring along. I'll have more to share when I return. We are trying to decide on a date...my FI's sister is getting married in Mexico in Feb. 2010 and I'm a teacher so we are limited to the time available. I would like to have it in June 2010 but I'm unsure if it will be too warm. Ugh, decisions, decisions!

Does anyone know the price for renting speakers for a Dreams reception? I heard it was $200, does this sound right? $200 for the whole night (until 11pm)??

Has anyone shipped their vases or packed them in their suitcases? I want simple vases for my center pieces and feel buying them would be more cost effective. Has anyone rented them? If so how much are we talking? I also heard there is a Cosco right in Cabo, does anyone know the location?
