I tried asking in Spanish and English and everytime they transferred me to a line that just beeped and told me to leave a room number or something. I finally called and got the front desk and told them that I've tried several times and asked them to double check that she was there and don't put me on hold or transfer me until they were sure she was going to answer. It worked and they spoke English and understood what I wanted. Maybe that will help?

Hey ladies! Here are some new beach photos! I'm really excited about the new beach but I'm not sure about how I feel about the view from the gazebo. Hi Ladies! After reading through this I decided to e-mail gianinarbridal to get a quote. They e-mailed me back quickly and I responded but I haven't heard back from the second e-mail for about a week and a half. I told them I was interested in making the dress and to send me what measurements they needed but no response yet. Anybody else have this problem?

So speaking of gazebo decorations... I e-mailed Cecilia to see if I could hang things from the gazebo. I think the answer I got was yes, even though she didn't say how I could do it. My question to you all is, do you think the hanging beads in the background of the picture (from the movie I love you Man) would work in the gazebo? I'm having a legal ceremony as well! I don't think I really have any answers either though. I was thinking about e-mail Cecilia about it. From what I read you have to bring your birth certificate, tourist card (what you get when you get into Mexico) and they would take care of getting the birth certificate translated and any other paperwork when you are in Mexico. What is worrying me is that is says on the dreams website its not legal in the US until the WC gets the paper work and mails it to our home state which could take 1-4 months. Hopefully there are other brides out there that have done this and can help us out

Those are cute! I'm an "A" and he's a "C" but can you just order the third letter from the website without it being a set? the "P" doesn't work unfortunatly

We are using the resort photographer as well. Anyone know how long you get the photographer for with the ultimate package?

However everyone has reassured me that once the wedding gets closer communication gets better and once you get there they are organized and ready to go. I'm working with Cecilia and lately she will respond within a day or two but sometimes longer. If you are getting nervous or needing answers you can call down there. That's what I did in order to get my date reserved and ever since she's been good about e-mailing me back. Good luck!

Well it's official I sent my deposit and Cecilia confirmed that I will be getting married on June 9th 2010! Wahoo! I already have so many questions I'm not sure where to start so I'm sure I'll be around here often

So how is everyone booking? Were you able to get a block of rooms saved for people to call and reserve? Is a TA able to do that?

Thanks everybody for the responses! I FINALLY got a hold of Cecilia. We had snow days yesterday and today (I'm a teacher) and I pretty much spent my time trying to call and e-mail I didn't even have a date yet so I just wanted her to give me a date then I can chill so I at least know she's holding a day! Looks like June 9th is still available so a few of us will be right in a row most likely! That is if we ever get to have school again because of all this snow and don't have to go until mid-June!! Thanks again for your help!
