Hi! I would do a search for e-vites or email invitations because I know I saw a post with in the past few weeks from someone who was doing that. You also might want to look at the posts about wedding websites. People can RSVP through the sites so that might be helpful. A lot of people on here have used mywedding.com. It's free and user friendly.

I dont understand either because someone said they were .98 in KC so I figured they would be here also.

We went to Puerto Vallarta this past May. I think it depends on where you are staying. We were at Los Caracoles Villas and we took a cab to a supermarket and bought a lot of food and alcohol there. I googled puerto vallarta groceries and found some reviews from other travelers on good places to buy groceries and stuff. I would suggest you do that because you might not be staying anywhere near where I did. I will give you this advice though, bring your own sunscreen. It is expensive there.

I didn't realize there were two threads about these mats. I found 6 dark blue and 4 red but the clearance price is 2.48. We have another store across town that probably has them too. If anyone wants them, let me know and I'll pick them up.

I'm glad someone asked this because I wondered the same thing. We will have guests from other cities, arriving at different times and so on. I wasn't sure what the norm is. I do think that it should depend on what you are including in your bags. If they are bulky then it would be a hassle to pack them and then hope your guests can fit them into their luggage. Some people have listed things that I think people might already bring (suncreen, after sun lotion, chapstick, etc). If you have items like this then it makes more sense to give them out about a week before you leave.

I saw that people were looking for the beachmats and I had been wanting to go in Pier 1 and see what they had anyway so I stopped by a few hours ago and they had 10 mats (four red and six dark blue). The clearance price is $2.48 though.

I just created a page on mywedding.com. I wanted a page that would allow for RSVP and so I could update info for my guests. I also needed one that wasn't complicated to figure out. It's free and I havent seen any advertisements. You might try it and see what you think.

I'm not wanting a big traditional wedding but I also wanted a little more than the basic. I was stressing myself out thinking about the logistics of everything. Then I came across a website that said that you can have a ceremony on the grounds of the Old Lahaina Luau and then afterward you can take your guests to the luau. I had them send me pictures and I thought it looked good (better than what I had pictured in my head). The only thing that still worries me a little is that I haven't found anyone online who has done this. Has anyone done this or heard of people getting married there? Wow I was so relieved to see this topic. I thought I was the only one. It has been freaking me out a little bit too. I never thought I would have a problem with changing my name.. but I hoped that I wouldn't get a name that was hard to pronouce, that I had to spell out all the time or one that was too plain and common. I'm 31, we've been together 7 years, I dont like his last name, and for the past few years I feel like my maiden name is part of my identity. I do not have a middle name so I guess I will probably end up taking my maiden name as my middle name. I think I will feel better if I can keep it somehow. I guess I'll see how I feel about it next October.
