Hello ladies, I am torn between these two dresses. Please help!! Dress #1: Justin Alexander This is the 1st dress I tried on. My mom & sister were with me, and they both cried when I came out in it. It's the only dress that has had that "cry factor"... I love this dress, but my MOH said it's "different"... What do you guys think? Is this dress wierd? Or not beach appropriate? Unfortunately I don't have any pics of me in the dress because the store doesn't allow pics... (i hate that.) PS: I hate this picture, it really doesn't do the dress justice. Justin Alexander - Style: 8429 The girl laying down is wearing the dress in this one http://www.justadaybridal.co.uk/imag..._Front_39L.jpg Dress #2 Private Label by G This dress has come to me 3 times in a row, each time being a little cheaper. I love this dress so much also. But it does have a lot of beading, and I'm not sure that'll be good for the beach? Private Label Bridal I'm bringing my FMIL on Tuesday to give me her opinion too, but i was hoping for more opinions from you lovely ladies. Thanks in advance for any help!! Cara

OH well I guess we'll just have to decide how badly we want them. Thanks for letting us know though!

However you can get them for the reception 45 min $ 400.00usd." I also asked if the speakers and microphone were still free with the package and she said yes. "The audio system that is included is one big speaker were you can plug in your I pod and Cd´s and also a microphone is included" Such a bummer the mariachi is no longer an option. Has anyone selected the guitar and keyboard for their ceremony? If so how were they? OMG I can't believe the mariachi isn't an option any more! I am so sad about this....

I've seen lots of looks ranging from something short and flowy to full scale ballgowns on the beach, and they all look amazing to me! If you feel beautiful in it, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks is "DW appropriate". I think you'll feel a sense of regret if you get something less elaborate because you feel like you should based on where you're getting married -- and you don't want to be standing there during your "I do" moment being distracted, wishing you'd gotten the dress of your dreams, right? You want to feel glamorous and completely in the moment when you pledge your everlasting love to the man that stands before you! And as far as the shoes goes, well, it's what you prefer. Since I've decided not to get married on the sand, I'm absolutely going with heels, but do what makes you feel the most comfortable and confident! I think the purple heels you want are an adorable idea! Thanks everyone for your replies!! You're all so sweet! And I'm glad you like the dress too!! And thank you so much islandbride317 - You are so right!!! I don't want to feel like I'm making myself wear something that's "beach appropriate" because I should, I want to wear what I love and feel glamorous!!! And this dress definitely makes me feel glamorous!!!! OH I just love it! -

I really would love a cute pair of purple heels under the dress for photos, or some pretty/fun color, but for the beach and the reception I might want to be barefoot or wear flip flops most of the time. And it has a train so it's already dragging!! So you guys think it's ok for the beach even though it's got all that beading at the bottom? We might not even have a beach ceremony, we might have it in the gazebo, but if we choose the beach, then I need to make sure my dress is up for that! -

Maybe my emails are ending up in their spam filter? I really cannot understand why I have not got an answer. Emailed 7/16 (weddings), 7.21 (weddings2, weddings3), and 7/29 (all 3 addresses). I know I should just call but I'm so annoyed right now I might just drop the Barcelo off my list, which is a shame, because it was my #1 choice. It's possible it could be the yahoo account. I have never had a problem getting a hold of a wedding coordinator. They take a few days to get back to me sometimes, maybe a week or just over, but they always have replied. I would try to call them and tell them you've emailed 3 times and see what they say. I'm sure they're not meaning to be ignoring you. They are all so sweet!

Maybe I will just stick to flats.. I am more comfortable in flats, I'm not really a heel girl, BUT I do really LOVE the idea of having cute purple shoes under my dress, with a nice heel.... I guess I'll have to figure out what I would rather: Be comfortable, or have cute purple shoes under my dress!!! Thank you all for the comments! I really do love the dress, and ever since I found it online, I can't stop staring at it. I pull it up all day at work and just admire it. LOL. I can't wait to show my mom! Do you guys think it's ok for a destination wedding? It has lots of beading along the bottom, and all the way up the train -
Hello ladies! I am so excited that I may have found my dress and I wanted to share it with you all!!! It's actually kind of funny because I went dress shopping about 4 months ago with my MOH, and found this dress. It was a little more expensive than I wanted to spend though, but we took a photo of it on me with my camera phone. This past weekend, we went shopping again, to 3 different stores. At 2 out of the 3, the dress found it's way to me again!!! lol. At the 2nd store we went to, I found it on the rack, tried it on and loved it! (But I didn't realize it was the same dress I tried on 4 months ago, and had photos of). I got the lady to write down the # of the dress so I could come back with my mom. (And it was cheaper there than the first time I found it, which I didn't realize at the time because I didn't know it was the same dress). Then the 3rd store we went to last weekend, I walked in and the lady asked me what I was looking for. So once I told her she said, "Oh I think you'll like this one, it's beautiful" and pulled out the SAME DRESS!!! My MOH looked at me with a smile because she knew I just tried it on. It was even cheaper at this 3rd store too! So when we were leaving my MOH asked to see the picture of the dress we loved 4 months ago and she said, "OMG it's the same dress!" haha. Maybe it was meant to be? Here it is: Private Label by G Wedding Dresses at BestBridalPrices.com If I get it, I need to know what shoes to wear because they measure from hollow to hem (I think that's what it is) and have it made for me. Any advice on that? Do most of you girls go with flat shoes? Or something with a heel? Cara
