Question if you don't mind...I've been reading some earlier posts about the packages and pricing. Are the white chairs and covers not included in the package? I had assumed they were but maybe I shouldn't have ( I'm doing the religious ceremony, the deluxe one. Also, are the basic flowers that are included not very nice? Just wondering if I'll need to upgrade or not... -

Yes, the Gazebo is on the Tulum side (for sure, I don't know about one on the Akumal side but I still have two weeks until my wedding), and yes, guests can stay at either the Tulum, Coba, or Akumal side (I had my TA check), but it isn't really recommended b/c from what my TA says, they're not exactly close walking distance and it will be harder for them to keep with the group...but if it's a last resort it would work.

Which one is your wedding coordinator? I have Jazmin - while it DOES take her a while to respond, she always has. The only problem I've had is that sometimes I've had emails give me an error message and not go through. So it's possible that you may be having trouble with them going through. I would copy the main wedding email and the WC's email, and send it a couple times if you haven't had a response. Put your names in the headline and once you have a date include that too or they get confused. Maybe put "wedding inquiry" if you don't have a date yet? -
Ideas on wedding favors? I'm just not sure what to do that won't take up much room travelling?

I would be curious about that too. I'm currently planning on doing my TTD session back here in Texas after the wedding, but I'm sure it would be much nicer on the beach!

I'm getting married at the Tulum property on May 24th 2008! Less than a month! Yikes! Stacy, is there a link to your pictures anywhere? Who did you use? We're using Claudia Rodriguez. I'm so excited! We are having the dinner at the Tequila. How did you keep in touch with all of your party since everyone arrives at different times? -

I am getting married at the Gran Bahia Principe next month on May 24th. We have Citalli scheduled to do our pictures. I also liked the ones she had in her section of the website a bit more...but I've heard great things about all of them.

I am using Claudia's services (already have a deposit down). After looking at Vanessa's website, it seems that her prices (Vanessa's) are more affordable, and she looks just as talented. Wish I would have done some more research!
