FI and I are so addicted to the Olympics I DVR everything and then watch it back. I fast forward thru a lot but it's fun to watch it all. I pretty much haven't slept in 4 days though..ha I need to get caught up.

I'm so addicted to the bare essentuals line right now. We just got an Ulta Beauty store so I decided to check it out and they did my makeup and I bought the starter kit and I love it!! I don't have sensitive skin at all but I like the lightweight feeling. I have since gone back this past weekend and had them try the smoky eye look on me and I bought some more eyeshadow. If you have a grease problem I tried the smashbox photo finish to put on under the foundation and it works like a charm or the anti-shine compact is pretty cool too.

Lucy, looks like you had a great time!! We went to a drag show for my friend's bachelorette last year and it was a really fun time. They were so funny!! Congrats on not being too hungover also!!

I was laughing about Jerry being a jacka## too!! I mean if Libra would have won I don't think he would have been so cocky. He annoys me. To tell you the truth I'm not a big fan of Keesha like everyone else is. Her whiny voice annoys me! She is ok but I can't stand it when she throws her tantrums. I think I like Dan too. First off he seems like a decent guy..and the fact that he's from MI too!! haha Glad Jesse is gone but was hoping to see a little more drama from him...he seemed to always be sleeping though lately so that's boring to me. I wonder who Michelle will nominate?? I hope not Dan but they know he was the traitor....

Yeah, we haven't really decided if we will stay in the same room the night before the wedding or not. I think our hotel is supposed to offer an extra room for the groom to stay in if there is one available. I think it may be nice to wake up have breakfast together and then go on about our days getting ready. FI doesn't snore so not worried about getting good nights sleep

Sorry gals, I've been busy again with month end at work. My bachelorette party with my neighbors was a blast though. I got lots of "fun" gag gifts. But they also got me $150 gift card to this really cool spa by our house that I've never been to. I've never even had a massage before so I'm totally stoked to use it before the wedding. I also got a gift card to Ulta Beauty which is my favorite new place!! They had some really fun games and we had a really good time. One thing I really liked was they had everyone write on an index card one piece of marital advice for me (since everyone else is married pretty much in my neighborhood) Some were funny and some were really insightful. Was a fun night but I was hurting the next day They had a pink feather boa, a tiara and a veil for me to wear. I still have pink feathers all over my house.

Yes, I too believe seeing where everyone is at would push me more. Especially if I was in the bottom I would want to get my butt into gear!!!

Thanks girls!! I can't wait. This morning we just got one of those Ulta Beauty stores here and the grand opening was this weekend so I got my eyebrows waxed and makeup done. I bought the whole bare essentials setup. I really like their makeup. I don't like really heavy makeup and it feels nice. I've been wanting to get it so today was the perfect excuse. Then of course I had to get a new outfit (or 2) hee hee. Maybe I will post pics of the 2 outfits and you guys help decide what I should wear.

Yes girls...you read it right. I'm having more than one bachelorette party! HOW FUN!! My neighbors are throwing me one tomorrow so I'm pretty excited. It's supposed to be nice outside and we are just going to party in their backyard. I think there are about 20 girls from the neighborhood coming and then some of my friends. They told me to dress comfy because they are going to be making some additions to my wardrobe!! YIKES!! I love having something every month now up until the wedding it just makes it seem that much closer....I will try to post some fun pics on Sunday or Monday!

Of course I'll be checking Morty's TV to see who gets booted. 2 have dropped already....

Spoiler......don't read if you haven't watched!! Anyways America chose Dan..I thought that was a pretty decent choice. The thing is we are supposed to vote who we want him to try to get nominated...but without knowing who wins HOH how can we do that I think Jesse could have a good chance unfortunately because it's endurance. Hey chicas, Yeah, I'm excited about my friend shower theme too. I thought it was different. My sister is very creative that way. So, excited about the bachelorette for this Sat. though. It's supposed to be nice out, not raining. Greg and I have decided to get married here in MI first too. If we were going to the Dominican I don't think it's as bad. But we have to get all the blood tests and this and that and then all the hassle of paperwork. I'm going to try to keep it secret but I'm not sure people will really even care. Most thought it was a good idea the few I told.

The live shows are my favorite!! Can't wait for tonight. HOH competition is always the best part. I wonder who will get america's player?? Would be kinda funny if Jesse got it and he had to do crap to make people hate him even more.

Well, I think my sister is planning a friend shower at the bachelorette party. For my 2nd bachelorette party Sept 19th weekend, we are renting a house on the lake in Traverse City for the weekend...so should be fun and Sat. morning they are throwing a shower and the theme is Wine Me, Dine Me, 69 me! Ha..so like they will get me a bottle of wine, or a restaurant gift cert/kitchen items, or lingerie..so kinda fun. Then they are throwing me a family shower in the month of Oct. but no details yet. The neighborhood ladies are throwing me a bachelorette party this weekend. Just partying in my next door neighbors backyard. So should be fun. It's supposed to be nice out so pretty excited to start the partying already!

Ok, so maybe I take that back about Memphis...well..what can I say I still think he's cute!! ha Which Jerry really did have no right calling him a womanizer when he doesn't even know him. I still want to drop kick Jesse though..man, I wish they would vote him out but he makes for some good TV.

Well, I had a really bad long weekend. We went up to my parents lake home in the Upper Peninsula. My mom cooked it up all weekend, and of course I had to have some Gilberts ice cream, pizza, dessert...you name it..I ate it. So, I don't expect the scale to be my friend tomorrow. Who knows..maybe I'll be surprised since we did get a lot of exercise. Now this weekend my neighbors are throwing me a little bachelorette party..so it will be bad food, bad drinks. But it will be fun. I'm getting 2 bachelorette parties..how fun!!!

Yes, I so can't stand Jesse either!! I have to admit I think Memphis is pretty hot so I don't want him to go anytime soon..hee hee. I think he aligned with the wrong person (Jesse) I can't wait until Thursday to see who is the new HOH!! (Yes, we are back to Thursdays now)

Congrats!! what a beautiful story! FI and I just crossed the Mackinaw Bridge today. My parents have a lake home in the upper peninsula so we went for a long weekend. I love it up there!! If you love nature you would love a visit to Michigan's upper peninsula. We are already planning our next trip for Labor Day.

Well lady, I haven't been posting on this thread much because you guys are all doing so good I feel like a slacker. I finally got FI to go look for his outfit and the groomsmen. We got the guys some linen drawstring pants at JCPenney's for $68 for 4 pair!! Pretty good. Now we just have to see how they fit. Also got FI a jacket. Still need to find a nice white shirt to go under. Also found these lt tan palmtreets imprinted shirts for the guys but not sure if it's too much tan. I think we really need to find white shirts for them too..what do you thinK?? The pants are darker.

Well, I went to the gym yesterday and renewed my membership and started with the Strength training class and pretty much can't walk or do much with my arms either today. Hopefully it's not worse tomorrow. Obviously I needed this but..WOW!! I feel like an old lady. I also tried to start the low carb diet this weekend but then decided I like carbs too much

I don't have to worry about WOW but my FI loves certain games on XBOX 360. Right now he hasn't played in so long but he loves Gears of War and is waiting for Gears of War 2 to come out (which it comes out in Nov when we get married so kinda funny) So, I joked about him brining it to Mexico. He plays with a bunch of his guy friends and all the wifes/SO's complain about all the time they spends.

Well, I think I'm going to try the low carb diet. Because low fat hasn't worked for me yet. The only thing is I have a sweet tooth and Sugar Free Jello just doesn't cut it!! Another thing is when I cut out carbs I get really bad headaches. When I first tried the South Beach Diet when that was the hot new diet I did good but I couldn't get thru those first 2-3 weeks without carbs. They said you would get headaches but after a few days they would go away. I had horrible headaches for 3 days in a row and couldn't stand it anymore! So hoping it's better this time around.
