Help a girl out!! One of our favorite guacamole recipes is on Williams & Sonoma website..it's chipotle guacamole (it's a little spicy but if you like that it's awesome) FI didn't like it either before I made him try it. I think most people just don't like the way it looks. It is actually pretty healthy because it's monosaturated fat but yeah, the chips are the bad thing. We'll probably make it soon. It's our fav summer snack -
Ok watching it right now...I think they are trying to fast forward the season since it is summer they want to get it overwith quicker by it being on 2 hrs every week. Right now..not so sure about her..seemed like she kind of had a temper tantrum tonight like "I don't have everyone's complete ATTENTION!!"

Ok, so I did my usual "feel guilty about eating bad all weekend" workout today. Walked 4 miles and did an hour sculpting video (can hardly type right now my arms hurt so bad) So, hoping it helps to makeup for my bad weekend.

Hmmm..those beaded foot jewelry look really cute. I may have to try to make a pair myself -
Well, that's good to hear. I guess it just happens that my bridesmaid dresses are red so who knows..maybe we'll go as Mr. and Mrs..haha But because of the wedding I think we have decided not to really do Xmas with our families this year to save the expense for them and us (usually we do it the weekend of Thanksgiving with my family since they go to FL) So, it will be cool. Of course we will still decorate at home but it will be different. Thanks for the input!

Wow girls...another bad, bad weekend. I just have no willpower on the weekends. I think I'm going to have to move out if I want to lose any amount of weight because FI is no help We had the parade of homes in our area this weekend so we like to go around and see all the million dollar homes we can't afford...and in between houses FI stops at one of our fav ice cream stops and I can't resist (even tho I told him no ice cream this summer before the wedding) I didn't really exercise much this weekend either, today I went to my friend's pool and swam a long time and was throwing her kids around so I'm sure I got some exercise somewhat. But then the storm rolled in and ruined our fun. I did do a ton of housework though and was sweating it up after mopping the bathroom floors. So, I'm thinking it's going to be another gain week unless I kick it up the next couple of days. -

Personal Wedding Website
amyrak replied to TammyWright's topic in General Wedding Planning Information
We used WedWizard.com Very customized and great service. Our website has forums, guestbook, RSVP, personal bios, ability to sumbit news, a whole section dedicated to our travel plans. It's pretty cool. There is even a shoutbox so you can see when anyone is on our website it tells you who is logged on and you can chat with them in the shoutbox. We've really had a great experience with them and if you have any issues or problems it's great.! We looked at some of the others but they didn't offer forums which we found was a great question and answer place and just a spot for everyone to chat and get involved and excited about the trip (kinda like we do here) Plus you get to choose from 20 or so backgrounds and be a part of editing and creating your own site. You don't have to go with what they create and you can edit. That's what we liked best about it. I don't think there are too many like it. -

Yeah, I just thought I didn't want to be hiding behind trees..lol We did originally plan to switch to another hotel and it was making a big hassle with our airport transfers and it made our flight go way up because it was like they had to book 2 separate trips or something. Anyways we just decided to stay at the same resort because we knew everyone was leaving by Sunday (we are staying until Wed) After the fact I wish we would have just booked the separate hotels and paid the extra..oh well. I just knew if they were there we wouldn't want to ignore them. They switched it up and are coming Fri-Fri so they leave one day earlier than the original plan. Ok, sorry for hijacking

Hey, you could have it the other way. I got in a fight with my parents because they want to stay longer than everyone else...ha Greg and I want 3 or 4 days to ourselves as a kind of honeymoon so-to-speak. Just time to ourselves to relax and not worry about meeting others for dinner etc. Mom said flights were cheaper to stay longer..I said sorry Charlie. So, Mom and Dad are mad at me. They could have gotten their flights earlier and saved so not my problem they waited. So, theirs was truly the money thing though..ha

Did my cardio max workout and walked on my breaks at work as usual. It's humid as hell here in MI today so I was glad FI turned on the air and I still sweated bullets. It's supposed to be 90's this weekend...yikes.

Well, I'm down 1.5 lbs..nothing to jump up and down about but better than gaining like last week. So basically Week 1- Lost 1 lb Week 2- Lost .5 lb Week 3- Gained 1.5 lbs Week 4- Lost 1.5 lbs So kinda back to where I was after week 2. Oh well, progress is progress. -
I too am dying to get a Wii just because of this. Seems like it would make exercising fun! My friend says that it's true to your own weight like it weighs you and calculates your BMI and everything and tells you if you are overweight or not and it tells you your true age by taking some kind of balancing tests. Sounds cool!!
-
Wow that is rough...not sure about the crash diet tips if you don't have much time. You need the bulging brides guys to come and save the day looks like. I'm not much help as I've only lost 1.5 lbs in 4 weeks of Biggest Loser Maybe you were just bloated though?? I bet if you lose a few lbs and take some water pills you should be good ta go!!
