Okay well here is my "Fat-Cow Story" story...I was pretty much chubby all my life, after high school I postponed college for a year and dedicated my time to working out and eating healthier...I lost weight and I felt great and I wore my 1st two-piece bathing suit. I kept it off from 1997 til I was preggers in 2001, my 1st prenatal appt I weighed 150 (I gained 20lbs in the 2 years I was with FI)...I gained 55lbs during pregnancy and since then I have struggled with my weight (for the past 5 years). Some days I cry and some days I'm okay...but this weight is a major crutch for me. It effects me on MANY levels....and deep-down I really want to lose the weight and be fit but I don't know how to stick with anything. Ive tried so many diets and I'm tired of it...I just want to make a lifestyle change and thats it. I dont want to sound vain but I dont want to look fat on my wedding day; I dont want to walk around with a sarong on my honeymoon and be worrying about laying the right way on the beach so that my fat distributes evenly and I wont look "that fat". agghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
  12. That is a good book Jean-Marcus! Another good book for you ladies to get is "Womens Health Training Guide 2007"...lots of great exercises to focus on your legs or arms or abs...has an eating plan, etc...

  14. Yeah its hard to stay focused, FI always tells me "go hard for 6 weeks straight", by the end of week 2 I've had enough. Whats a girl to do....well, I'm going to start by enrolling in WW this week and keeping you ladies posted and reading your inspirational stories and great tip/recipes
