Thanks for the laugh!

I loved it! DH and I always sing along in our living room. I love that we have a show we are both really excited about!

It was a good show. I, big softy that I am, cried for the hearing impaired girl and the same sex ballroom boys. They were really good! I'm excited for Vegas and the Top 20 though!

I know that our SOs all drive us crazy, it's natural. But sometimes they do things that are so sweet and surprising! We need to talk about those things too! So, I'll start... My DH sent me flowers for my birthday yesterday. They didn't arrive so he was really bummed. When he talked to the company they appologized and sent another bouquet out. Well, my original flowers got her this morning and I have another bunch coming tomorrow! I'm super excited because I love getting flowers!

I'm so sad! It feel like part of my childhood is dead. I still watch Dirty Dancing, Ghost, and Roadhouse every time they are on! I know the group dance and dialogue og DD by heart!

Lisa - those are the books. There is one more in mass paperback and one in hardcover. The next book in the series is due out next spring.

One of the fan sites has a thread about who should play which characters. Of course it is all speculation and most of the people that have been voted for are all failry big names so who knows if they would ever agree to the role: Debbie Pelt - Christina Ricci Quinn - Jason Statham (Crank, Transporter) Amelia - Liv Tyler Who do you think would be a good Alcide?

I think they want you to think it was Eric, but it is a little too obvious for me. If the writers start getting that predictable, the show is going to go down hill. Maybe Lorena but I really don't know that I want to get back into that storyline. It would be a good way to introduce the Weres but then it becomes a question of why. We haven't seen Andre or any of the Queen's guards so maybe she is pissed about Bill knowing about the V? So, here are some theories for season 3... 1) Jessica / Hoyt drama 2) Sam finding his family drama 3) Why would they show Hadley this season when she doesn't appear in the books until #8 or 9? She joins the queen, so one would assume that she could have mentioned Sookie's abilities at some point or while she was glamored. Could Bill have met Hadley before? He did show up in Bon Temps suddenly in season 1. If there was some ulterior motive, that could break the 2 of them up, leaving room for Eric in the picture. I don't know where they will go with Tara, Layafette or Jason and we don't have any clues from the books. I think they are so off-track now the books just kind of serve as a reference point.

I was thinking father/daughter moment too. Like Bill finally removed the stick from his ass. I'm thinking that Jessica is going to go crazy wild and then feel all guilty and Hoyt may or may not forgive her.

My favorite quote had to be...Lafayette "Worship him, Bitches!" or, during the whole Mountain Dew conversation (which I did think was funny) was "I'd wear him like a scrunchie!" Marynne should be done and gone. I was disappointed we didn't get any teasers of the weres! I guess the queen supplying the V is because she is a good businesswoman and that is how she gets some of her money. That dancing scene was about the cheesiest thing ever!

OMG! Jen! I was so excited to see that you posted this! I watched it 3 times! I need to make plans now to go see it. I'll probably do a midnight Thursday show!

OK, I'm not going to spoil anything but hurry up and watch! I want to discuss because I don't know how I feel about this episode! I will say that there were some fantastic one lines and there was not enough Eric for my taste. Also, Charlaine Harris has a cameo somewhere but I forgot to look for her. Maybe someone else can find her.

I just watched. I only stuck with the original for the first few seasons so I don't remember much. I remember it used to be a drinking game to take a shot everytime someone got slapped. I was guessing that Ashlee is Sydney's daughter. I'll keep watching to see how it goes. So, is David a professional thief? Where did he steal the picture from?

So I watched it last night. I must say it was much better than I expected and the acting was not bad. It kinda reminds me of Buffy with a little less camp. One more show to add to my DVR! I think Damon used to play Boone on Lost. He's pretty! Stephan is attractive but there is something with his eyebrows. I think he needs a touch of Botox to relax them or something. The fog and the crow were a bit much but I still liked it.

Usually you cannot bring any kind of raw meat or produce across any border because of the threat of bacteria, illness, etc. If it something packaged and presreved (beef jerky, etc) there isn't a problem. I did a quick search but couldn't find any particular info Try the American Embassy in the DR and see what the policy is. Maybe if she has medical documentation is can get some kind of waiver. Crap! I didn't know it started already! I'll have to set the DVR. I read the books when I was younger and just finished the author's Night World series. I love me some vampires too and need something to fill the void after True Blood is over! LOL

Oh No Erika! I had no idea. I'm so sorry about the accident but glad to hear that you are already on the mend! BDW is a wonderful place! I love all these ladies!
