Ditto... a symbolic ceremony is not a real wedding. You need to get legally married first. At the Ocean Blue they told me that I do not need to bring my marriage certificat to get the symbolic ceremony, so I guess you could just legally married after the ceremony.

I'm getting married on May 5th at the Ocean Blue Hotel in Punta Cana and I think that I would like to bring a photographer to capture the wedding day and do TDT session. Is anyone getting married around that day and would possibly be interested in splitting a photographer? This is not 100% yet, but a very good possibility.

I guess it was a weird question?!? The bouquet I'm looking at is 6'' in diameter and 9'' long. The photo of the bouquet looks great, however I'm not certain if that's too small The lady keeps telling me it's a small bouquet, however it's in their destination wedding bouquet section. Is it too small

Are your OOT Bags replacing your favors?? I'm giving favors to my guest the at the reception dinner. I will ask the hotel to place them at every two chairs (one favor bag per couple). I heard that they don't charge for this. If they do, I will find a way to do it myself.

Has anyone made their own favor boxes? Or does anyone know of a place where I could find a big favor box? It doesn't need to be huge (I like pillow boxes)... it's just that I'm offering an oval shaped deck of cards and I want it to fit inside. The case is 2.5" W x 6.25" H x 1" D. The only other thing I'll be adding in the boxes are two bookmarks that I want to make. I will make them with string and nice beach beads (when I find them).

Here's my dress: Any idea how much shorter I should get the train? I assume it's too long for the beach??

I'm looking for round labels that we can print on with our printer or even have them printed for us. I've seen some websites that we can buy blank ones, which is fine we can print them ourselves if we need to. However they come in big packages. Ideally, I would white labels around 1.5'' in diameter. Anyone know of a place that they can print them for us? I would like two color print on them.
