Welcome to the forum Tianna, Royal Carribbean cruises are awesome and has lots of amenities for the whole family. As you stated, you can also take advantage of the day care services and still have time alone. My only concern was for those of my family who could not swim or were afraid of the ocean. But it's your day to have it any way you choose. Good luck and happy planning!

Congratrulations! There are a lot of ideas available to you in this forum. I chose Dreams Cancun because it was not a really large resort, but because it offered just about all of the amenities and activities we wanted. Talk to the ladies in this forum and shop around, there are a lot of resorts that offer amenities at an additional cost and some that offer them as a part of the AI packages. Happy planning

I had the same thoughts when I was planning our ceremony. I would think that those who truly want to be there to share in your day will come on a Friday or Saturday or Sunday! Happy planning!

Congratulations on your site selection. That was probably the hardest part for me also. I chose to have my ceremony in Cancun because of the gazebo, the dolphins for the children and golf for the spouse (while I get my spa treatment!). I love the fact that the resort is not as large as the high rise properties and it has a secluded feel to it! If you need any help, there are a lot of ladies in this forum with lots of valuable info and insight! Good luck!

That's ironic...I was just referred to someone with Your Travel Agent. It wasn't very personable - the agent told me to go to him site and put in my info and make my reservation. I found it quite confusing because I don't want the basic packages, I need adjoining rooms, discounts for minors and to be able to get all of the early booking discounts which are out there which some of the other TA's are offering I have finally decided to find a good TA and hand all of the responsibilities over to them. Good morning all, I'm a newbie and am planning a vow renewal for July 2008 at either Riu or Dreams. We are looking for a resort with LOTS of water sports, excursions and activities for the adults, teens and children alike. We plan to have about 40-50 guests. I appreciate any feedback and/or suggestions!
