  1. welcome...I am sure you will find the answers to most of your questions here.
  2. Amy, I had a treadmill like that once... by the way one of my students wanted to see pictures of me from high school...what do you think? They were asking me what I wore to prom (they are already picking out their prom dresses) and want me to chaperone (apparently just because I am young they think I would be a "cool chaperone"
  3. they still have bartering in Mexico right? Last time I was in Baja there were some street vendors that still bartered. Of course, I have never gotten anything from the street vendors there, so I could be wrong.
  4. I will try to look it up, maybe they have it on their website? Which issue was it?

  6. my dad asked me last night, "What are favors and how many do you have to give out" so apparently he was not planning on paying for that. I don't think you have to give favors, I think people used to give almonds or chocolate, but I have been to wedding where people just had the bubbles on the table and had a little note thanking them for coming. I think I will do favors just beacuse I like this one and my fiance does too.
  7. I get my dress in February...so I will post pictures then.

I agree with Tammy it's going to work out perfectly in wine country Thank you very much everyone, I really love it and cannot wait until my fiance sees me in it (of course he will have to wait until July 20)
  9. How old is old? My Grandma gave me a set of pearls for my high school graduation, so I was thinking about wearing those, maybe I can borrow my mom's pearl earings to wear. I might have my new initials embroidered inside of my dress in blue, and I am hoping my fiance will get me the eternity band I have been wanting for my something new, if not then I guess my dress can count as something new.
  10. I tried that once and I never did very well, so I thought I would start going to meetings and see if that whole thing of having someone else weigh you helps me.
  11. Thought I would start a new thread since the other one is super long. I joined the points/flex plan and will be going to meetings on Tuesdays or Wednesdays depending on my basketball schedule (I coach cheerleading).
  12. signed up yesterday and got the monthly pass so I can use e-tools...so I will have this window open and my weight watchers window too

I was curious as to what music you guys are playing when you walk down/or you played when you walked down the aisle. -Glenda I love that song and that movie, that is on the definate play list for my reception. I have no idea what I will walk down the aisle to, now that we are getting married in a church, my step-grandmother is a great organist, so I might ask her to play, but my fiance says no organ (its too old and stuffy for him I guess).
  14. Welcome you have come to the right place to get help with a Cabo wedding. Congrats on your engagement, make sure you post the story in the engagement story section, and let us know if you need anything.
  15. I think I am inspired too, I am planning to go to the gym today...I will try to do about 30 minutes on the eliptical and maybe some weights so I don't have fat arms in my dress.

  17. no exercise today, but I did join Weight Watchers today. So tomorrow is the big day to being the official Bridal Bootcamp. I have less than 7 months and I want/need to lose.

    New Here

Welcome, I am sure you will find all the answers to your questions here and lots of great ideas.
  19. I think it is a very cool option, also an option would be to offer time with the entire group (a lot of people do a group activity the next day), but as discussed in a previous thread, not everyone has tons of money to spend on photography. This might be an option for couples who are not able to get engagement photos done? If I had extra money in my budget I would get as many pictures as possible because I am a picture junkie.

  21. we decided to go all out and the guys will wear Tuxes...
  22. yes now I need photography and catering, plus I think I need to rent a dance floor...yikes...I do feel better knowing the place and having a dress.
  23. We do have it reserved, they penciled us in and my mom put down the fee's at the end of the week.
