  3. Hello and welcome to the forum. I joined the forum prior to being engaged as well, so no worries there. :-) This forum has a wealth of information on it, just sit back and type in wedding locations in the search field and I' am sure you'll be on your way to hours of reading.
  4. Hi Shannan, congrats on your upcoming wedding and welcome to the forum. Five months is more then enough time to plan your wedding, shoot I think my WC didn't book anything until a month prior. :-) This forum will be of great help, I' am sure you'll love it here.

  9. Hello and welcome to the forum. I think it's totally normal for people to think any destination wedding is going to be expensive, however the ones that mean the most to you will make a point to go, and will actually talk about it for years to come, I mean wedding and vacation wrapped up in one. Hang in there and if it's something you really want to do, do it. :-)
  10. BUMP Thread... Still have a couple spots remaining.

Once we have the girls, I will start looking at hotel options, I have used the suite at Hotel Blake several times, it a great location but I' am always looking for something different. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I'm all for flying out to anywhere if there is enough girls to make it happen. I have some good friends in the San Diego area that I really need to visit again. So nothing is out of the question, the price will just depend on the hotels in the area that would be suitable for pictures.
  12. Ok Ladies, I heard back from my makeup artist and we came up with September 11th for the boudoir marathon. I have three more spots open..

I'm always up for it though, and there are a few hotels in Downtown Detroit that would be AMAZING for a marathon. I do have one past bride that wants to do a session if I have one in MI.
  15. Welcome to the forum and congrats on your upcoming wedding. This forum started out as a Cabo wedding forum, so I' am sure you'll find a ton of helpful threads. Happy planning and Cabo is amazing. :-)
  16. Hey ladies, It's that time again, I' am in the works of planning another Boudoir Marathon in Chicago for sometime in September 2010. (Date will depend on when the amazing makeup artist can make it) I can say for now, that it will be done on a Saturday. Details: Cost will be around $350 (depending on the hotel we choose) All edited images on a DVD with printing rights 1.5 hour session, with as many outfit changes as you want Makeup done by the AMAZING Katie I also custom design boudoir books, prices start at $100 for an 8x8 book, I will have a sample book at the session for you to view. And of course what is a post without some photos :-) Here are just a few photos from past Boudoir sessions. If you are interested in booking a session, I only have 4 remaining spots open. You can either PM me contact via my website by clicking here. Or of course you can email me directly at [email protected]
