They're pretty helpful!
  2. Another fun & Motivation contact - I've been working with Denisse Herrera. [email protected] She and I have been e-mailing as recently as last Thursday (10/05/06).

That's a really good idea! Several years ago at my sister's wedding she had the photographer set-up to take portraits of guests if they wanted. Since lots of people get dressed up for weddings, they really appreciated the nice pics they got, especially with family and/or friends they don't see often. I bet your guests will love it too!

  6. That sounds like one involved project. I hope all the recipients realize how much hard work you put into it. I think the magnets are a great idea too. My bridal party did magnet reminders for my bridal shower. All the guests raved about how cute and useful they were.
  7. I agree 100% with Janet's take on the whole DJ (Mexican Vendor) issue!
  8. well, i couldn't even last half an hour in heels that tall!
  9. That's how my WC at Hilton was until a few months before the wedding. I guess they concentrate on the current wedding and put you on the backburner until it's "your turn". It can be annoying though when you're trying to get stuff done and checked off your list.
  10. i like that one best compared to all the ones you've posted. what does he think?
  11. I've had the same problem with David Flores of AVL Systems. I think it's a Mexican DJ thing, not necessarily just Anteres. As my date has gotten closer (and I threatened to replace him - in Spanish), my DJ as gotten more responsive. I empathize with your stress though. I've been there.
  12. both are gorgeous! i really liked the simplicity of # 2 better though. it looks beautiful AND light/floaty which would be easier to walk in. the detail on it is really pretty. does it have a zipper or corset back?
  13. Stephanie, it's beautiful! Does it have a corset back? I think I tried on a very similar dress. It looks way better on you! Congrats on your great deals!

  15. I just donated some points to you. I hope that helps! We did NOT offer to pay for groomsman or bridesmaids. It's really up to you though. We mailed out save the dates and then e-mailed a letter about room block prices, etc.
  16. Wendy - Congrats and good luck! It's going to be wonderful! I can't wait to read all about it and see your pics!

  18. TammyM, I know what you mean. It was hard when we went shopping for him. I didn't like most of what was out there. It was too plain, boring, or just like everyone else's ring. It was even harder to make him take the time to go shopping and really think about what he wanted.
  19. My FI has been stressing me out. He just ordered his wedding band this past Friday. Anyway, here it is. It's 6mm hammered platinum, with milgrain details and comfort fit.
