This is kind of neat. You can make your own designer Kleenex boxes! There are like a billion different designs a color combos. Aqua, Lime, and Hot Pink - all popular colors within this group!

 

They are a little pricey at $5 per box but I thought about getting one for my mom the crier or putting one at the end of each row of chairs...Possibly OOT bags

Actually I think it counts as public domain at this point. There's a word for this type of word and I can't think of. Something about once a word is entered into vernacular and/or the trademark expires there can be no claim to intellectual property. Coke, Band-Aid, Fridge, etc.

 

Let me know if you're going to turn me in! I'll either get to frame the fancy memo telling me to stop using Kleenex with out whispering TM or I'll have to move to Brazil where there is no extradition! LOL

A company has to show they protected their copywrite in order to enforce it. I think kleenx still retains the copywrite. Say if Target made "target kleenexes" they would definitly get sued. But, it kleenex kept letting it happen, they would lose their copywrite.

Why do I know so much about thishuh.gif I heard some thing on the radio about a Koozie lawsuit. They were saying that the company that has the copywrite on that word has let it become generic by not enforcing the copywrite.

Jean-marcus, look what you did! I just spend several minutes typing about kleenexes :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
