What's your first dance song?

So this isn't one of "our" songs but it makes me cry and would be perfect! I know it sounds weird that I would list a song by a heavier rock group but seriously listen to it on you tube or something- it will make you tear up! Not sure where we will use it yet but it will be used.

We are using Usher's "Here I Stand". Its a new song, but has that old school feel. I LOVE his voice on this song!

So, after much deliberation and uncertainty ... at the last minute we went with:

 

"Thank You" Led Zeppelin

 

I think I fell in love when my DH sent me the lyrics and I teared up ... it's a gorgeous song when you listen to the words and what it means ... I was so happy we went with that as our first song!

I love the Brad Paisley song, "Then," we actually talked about the song because one of our first dates was a Brad Paisley concert and we both love his music. But in the end we have decided to go with one of both of our all time favorite songs by and artist we both love. We chose George Strait's song, "I cross my heart," the song is the perfect tempo and has the perfect words. What do you guys all think? (For those of you that have seen George Strait's movie "Pure Country," it is the last song he sings in the movie)
