got our professional photos back. they are amazing and obviously look so much better, but there are over 600 and we haven't gotten a chance to put a sampling together for folks.

This is AMAZING! Thank you so much for reposting the link :) We just got confirmation back that we will have the gazebo for our wedding & Sky Bar for our reception & cocktail hour. I am very excited!

here is our video highlight. you can get a sense of the hotel rooms, views, the resort, beach, etc. we are very happy w/ how it turned out and glad we decided to go w/ a videographer. you can see from the video that the beach goes up against the nature preserve, so it feels very private. posting on this site makes me relive the happy memories again. enjoy the memories and planning everyone!

@@airsusie thanks so much for all the photos!!!! I'm doing the Dunas reception and was a little hesitant to pick that over sky bar but the package we got for free was too good to pass up!!!! I'm even more excited now after seeing better pics!!!!!post-284282-143878047167_thumb.jpg

@@lizzjameson arent all the packages free?  Well not free but of the silver or gold wedding package.

They are not charging you after 20 people?  You are getting 60 people?

I am curious I was one of the early people to book my wedding at the hotel, and I am paying $45 per person after 20 people.  I am also doing a welcome party at Las Dunnas on Friday paying $28 per person.  I would be interested to know what package you got that it included decor and DJ service.  I am paying $900 for tables and chairs, and $1300 for a DJ.

 

YIKES I want to make sure there is not something better that I did not know about.


@@jeaninealvarez DJ Mannani was the resort DJ included with the package?? We are planning on using the resort DJ included with our package so hoping he's really good.!!!

We are booked with DJ Mannia as well.  I heard very good things about them.  I have been in contact with them as well and they seem to get back quickly, gave me suggestions for when I fill out the sheet for them.  In a month I will let you know how they actually are :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
