Little stress vent...

 

Found out today that my sister's boyfriend hasn't received his passport yet. The travel agent told me, but my sister hasn't.

I guess he applied by mail in October and only called them today!!!!  It was held up and is in Montreal. They told him they would send it to Calgary but they can't guarantee it will come by Friday - and he would have to arrive in Calgary by car before the passport offices close.   I have left her a msg but haven't heard back.

 

I hope he doesn't miss out as no refunds now  I hope they decide to still drive to Calgary with all their fingers and toes crossed.

He can have someone pick it up for him if he sent it to an office for pick up... He just needs to arrange that prior. Don't let this be a stressor for you- you have everything else going on- let THEM deal with this.

Trying not too,but I would still like to speak to her about it. I only have what the travel agent took from the convo, you know? I have heard about someone else picking up your passport but couldn't find any information online when I did a quick search. If I get her on the phone I will tell her to look into this.

 

I get it on the stress, I have someone who is causing me a lot of stress right now ....  don't want to get into it in case she finds this board, but I feel so responsible at this point for how her trip ends up (she is going single). I'm sure it's not her intent, but I don't need the stress!!!

 

My sleep hasn't been great and when I manage to sleep I have dumb nightmares LOL  can you say caffeine??
